Great local guitar shop with some nice axes! Friendly, informative staff. Perfect place to pick up some quick staple items but a little light on overall selection.

Owners were amazing at assisting me in helping Grandsons choose guitars. Definitely recommend.

The woman working was so helpful and funny. They made sure that we got all the right parts for our guitar.

The guy was fun to talk to and had what I needed. He was willing to assist me in any way possible. Maybe he didnt have the guitars I wouldve bought but some things I might. Ill probably be back.

This is an amazing shop, Ive bought guitar supplies and a guitar, all at reasonable prices. Recently, I had my seven string taken in for bridge repairs...it wasnt costly at all to have it fixed by them. They really try to help the customer, theyve started ordering my own string guages each month which I appreciate greatly. Everybody should come here😊.

Wow, this is a great place. Very friendly yet professional. I went in to get pegs put on my guitar so I can put a strap on it. $5.00 per peg! Great price and same day service. Took the stress of me in having to do it myself. I didnt realize until going in that they carry all sorts of percussion instruments too. Along with stage accessories, foggers, lighting ect. A definite gem in Hagerstown MD. You shouldnt miss out in going there.

Nice little shop, Ive been in a handful of times. They always got something I wish I had the cash for lol. Its a tight little space with equipment everywhere. I bought guitar strings here a few times and browsed. Not a bad place to stop.

Iam 63 and always wanted to play guitar. Back in 1982 I was in a bad motorcycle crash which left me with a wrist that dont bend all the way and my ring finger was torn most of the way off and put back on but dont function right. I went to the Guitar room a asked if he thought I could play, he made some adjustments and I purchased it. Got it home tried and the wrist and finger didnt work. I took it back, explained to the man he took the guitar back and I got a left handed guitar. He was very helpful and understanding. They have a customer for life now. Thanks Guitar Room your good people.

Seems like a nice shop with decent selection overall. They had a lot of newer Schecters when I was in which were competitively priced. Have to take off a star though because the lady working at the shop when I was there (I guess) got bad vibes from me when I was looking at guitars. I was seriously looking to purchase an instrument and asked if they ever get any used stock with modifications. She just said no, we dont ever get anything like that and then watched me like a hawk the rest of the time I was in the store. I understand they arent Guitar Center and cant afford to have careless teenagers dropping guitars or stealing things...but damn. I felt rushed and uncomfortable so I just left.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people with reasonable prices. Store is clean and didnt seem overcrowded or cluttered as some other music stores we have been to. Didnt ask about lessons, but even if they dont, I would imagine they have a number of recommendations.

Not the best guitar place. Came to buy some strings and they were way over priced. I picked up a guitar to see how it feels and the lady working seemed a bit harsh, saying to put the guitar back so fingerprints wouldnt get on it. Probably wont be back because of that experience.
