Best quality service in the valley no question from a 41 year local

Keith does a great job taking care of our cars. He knows his customers and the whole staff are friendly. I trust him with oil changes and other car repairs. His pricing is fair, at least for Blaine county standards, and you even get free candy in the waiting room while watching the weather channel on a CRT TV that looks like it was pulled out of the 70s. The only ding against him is the shop desperately needs to expand because the wait times can be horrendous.

Brought our vehicle in here because we were looking at getting a used suv at Carrs 4 U 2 here in town and the salesman told us to bring it to his Mechanic here so he could check it out at no charge to us. I had told the salesman there was a noise in the rear but that was the only issue, which it was. But the next day after its inspected I get a call from the Mechanic stating there is a noise in the rear and its running on 5 out of 8 cylinders... Ive worked on cars for 10 years, I know what a vehicle not running on a cylinder, let alone 3, sounds and drives like. Thats not making sense to me but after about 5 minutes on the phone with him he tells me Dont worry buddy Ill let him know the two issues it has and Ill try to get thou the most for your trade in. Next day I call the dealership and Im told The mechanic says theres multiple dead cylinders, the whole rear end needs replaced, theres major leaks out of the transmission, engine, the whole car is a mess... the car is parked in a garage and weve never had anything leak onto the floor. I told him i would get my car checked out at a different auto shop because there was obviously something fishy going on here between the dealership and auto shop. After that I was told by the salesman ..You can have other shops look at it if you want but its not going to change my mind from what my mechanic told me... Needless to say, I did have other shops look at it. I took it to Oreillys first to scan for any misfire codes and they came up with none. Then I took it to a autoshop in Hailey, and two in Bellevue and neither were able to identify a leak, nor any misfire or dead cylinders after compression tests and obd2 hook up. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

I’ve gone here in the past, they did the work but the customer service was poor. The last couple times I’ve been told they’ve had enough for the day and to come back in the morning. This is with more than an hour left before their business closes and only a few cars in line. No one seems to have any customer service skills or want the business. Won’t go back!
