Was not impressed with what I paid for.And the system is not gentle on cars or trucks

Tank first, then you get a discount for the wash. You get a good wipe of the whole vehicle manually by staff before entering the auto wash. Great value!

I had to call the office to rectify a unauthorized charge. The young lady who answered the phone said I would be getting a call from the manager when they were not so busy. 45 minuets later Matt called and was most helpful and polite. Answered all my questions . I really appreciated his help and professionalism. Thanks. I will be using them to wash or detail my cars in the near future. DRP

I want to make it very clear that when I spoke to the woman at the car wash she said were so new and have technical issues that we dont know how to deal with yet. Her solution for me to cancel my subscription was to call the credit card company and have them do a chargeback. I think before you start a business maybe you should figure out how to run it. The company also after being open about a month decided to raise prices. They did it but did not give you the ability to opt out. The app does not work. And the guys that come and meet you at the screen had no idea how to even make my subscription work after I paid for it. I wish you good luck with your business but please dont tell me that you told me the solution way before I posted this review. That is untrue.

After a one-month subscription I called to cancel and was rudely informed by someone who answers the phone at the gas station that no one was there and couldn’t do it for at least a week. The customer service was horrible. The solution they told me was to contact my bank and have the charge reversed. I sure didn’t think I’d have to do that when I signed up for a one month car subscription for cleaning. They have a lot to figure out.

Their new drive through carwash completely tore off my rear windshield wiper, and I have now followed up twice and have yet to receive a call back.

Valley Car Wash offers a decent car wash, with the most expensive costing $12. Although I can count on it missing hard to clean areas on my vehicle, it does offer the best wash in town.

Shouldn’t have tried it, but wanted to support a local business. Wrecked the paint on a brand new truck, may need some adjustment.

Short wands, low or almost now amount of chemical or soap is dispensed. Nozzles are low pressure so it takes a long time to wash.

My favorite convienent store in The valley. The employees are all real personable!! They always remember what I need. Plus have trusted me to take items and come back later and pay. Thats the another big part in my decision. Good people and great establishment!

Would be five stars if they had an ice cream selection. However, the staff are always friendly! This is a very small servo, but they have a very big beer selection!
