I brought my dads car here after hitting it into the pole at Dunkin’ Donuts. The paint was chipped off and multiple scratches. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday morning and got it back Thursday morning, good as new! I mean you cannot tell anything was ever there, truly amazing work. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We finally found a REAL mechanic!!! We had visited many places that wanted an insane amount of money for what we needed to be done, and more than likely those locations weren’t going to do it in their shops, instead enlist the work of third party shops to do the job.The job was done quickly and the car never sounded so good. We will be coming back to get my SUV serviced here. The location was clean, organized and the staff are honest and diligent. Definitely recommend.

Cope is a good mechanic and took his time to thoroughly look over a vehicle that I was in the process of purchasing. The reason for the 4/5 starts is that he did not bring to my attention that my engine harness and rack and pinion needs replacement ~ $2500 worth of repairs.

Jose has worked on my Mini Cooper R56 JCW since I bought it in 2013. This shop has pretty much done everything possible that could be done to a vehicle, and done it flawlessly. He is upfront about costs, does clean and accurate work, and leaves your vehicle running and looking it’s best. This is the best shop I’ve ever transacted with, it is a gem of the Haines City / Davenport area.

I dont write reviews mostly because Im busy. But since we all seem to have just a little extra time lately (thanks covid-19?), I need to acknowledge this company. This company does excellent work and is generally fairly priced. They will reliably convey the options for the car body work and then deliver exactly what was promised. When they are done, the work is perfect, as in show-room quality. Will continue to bring my fleet vehicles here for all body work for as long as they are in business as I have come to trust Jose.

First time going there and they honestly treated me very well. I told them I needed a wheel alignment and he told me I needed was a tire. He could of taken me through the ringer but he didnt. Not only is he an excellent mechanic but also an honest one👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

I have used Cope Auto Repair for all my automotive service, from my daily drivers to my classic show vehicles. Jose and his Dad treat you like family, and are honest, and get the job done right. That is hard to find in the auto repair business. They are simply the best.

Turned me down about painting my older vehicle.. he didnt even say one word. Just shook his head no as I walked towards him. Extremely Rude.... I had to ask why? just so he can say something. He could have just explained nicely and respectfully as to why he didnt want to do it... but I guess thats how that business is run.

Had great experience. Traveling through area and came out in morning from house to find front fender pushed in. Could not open passenger front door. I called Cope. I needed to replace the headlight bulbs in my moms car as it was difficult for her to see at night. I stopped by and spoke with Jose after stopping at a few other garages to check on time and price estimates. All the other garages told me the tires would have to come off, etc and would take some time to do it. Jose took the car right in and changed the bulbs for me and had be back on the road within 15 minutes. Job well done and would definitely visit again.
