Literally the best laundry located in Haines City!! Washers are always working, AC and fan feels good, always atleast two TVs on, it’s always clean! Outside and inside clean, sometimes it does get crowded but still the staff or employees are super nice !! There’s wifi and parking space ! They have vending machines with drinks snacks and detergent/softener! Washers are cheap ! And you guys have options between washers !! Change machines are always working and lemme say it again, it’s not hot in here 😣 it feels so cool and refreshing!!

This place is so much nicer than other coin laundry places Ive been. The woman working there was so nice when I had a question about the machines, and the place is actually using their A/C instead of just advertising they have it, so youre not suffocating while you wait. And theyre nice and clean too. I have my own washer/dryer but my washer broke on me. I will definitely be coming here until I can get it fixed! 😌

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Multiple payment options card and cash. No coins no problem they are able to break any bill 20$ and below into quarters with several machines. Pretty clean location as well. A building that serves its purpose

We love this laundromat! Its clean and has a lot if different size washers and lots of dryers. Its never taken us no more than an hour to get all of our laundry done and typically we have 6-7 loads! Thanks Koin Kleen!!!

I am new to the area and it is nice to find a well lit and clean laundromat. Plenty of washers and dryer’s for all your needs.

Overall very pleased. The employee on-duty was very helpful considering this was my first time. Not expensive and all credit cards accepted. The only negative I found is that some customers not wearing masks and I realize it is a personal choice, but considering most other businesses require it, why not make it mandatory here. Otherwise great place and will return.

The older white lady that works day shift, I believe her name is Sandra, is rude. The place is dirty. 95% of the dryers do not work. Would definitely not recommend.

PLENTY OF HOT DRYERS!This coin laundromat was very clean. There were multiple staff members around cleaning. They offer dry cleaning from what i saw. When I went it was not super busy (mid-week at about 4pm) There were plenty of open washers and their dryers were HOT. I used multiple dryers to do clothes and towels. No issue drying in about 20- 25 mins.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the nice people that work at Koin Kleen during this difficult time with the virus problem. The laundry was so clean and all the people that work there and the owner was so nice and accommodating. I have never been to a laundry that had such nice washers. I used the 100 pound washer and was able to wash all my clothes at one time. I recommend everyone go this laundry. You won’t find one any better. 5 stars for sure.

I have been going to King Kleen for 3 years now. It was recommended by my cousin as the cleanest one in Haines City. She was right !! The Staff is very helpful and know me by name :)))

I would give 10 stars if possible. This is by far the best Coin Laundry in Haines City. The people are so nice and it is extremely clean. The washers and dryers worked great and I was even able to use my credit card to pay. The lady that worked there even helped me fold my clothes. I tried another laundry in town and no one was there to help me. I will only go to Koin Kleen from now on. I wanted to let people know how nice it was. Hope this helps.

I have used this facility for more than 10 years with no major issues. Today im trying too do 6 loads Id clothes abd keep an eye on 2 kids. One was kneeling in a chai as she couldnt reach what she was doing, shes 2. I was told i couldnt control her and that i needed to leave with her. Thankfully for the jerk who has no control of children i was almost finished. I will reconsider next time i have to use a laundromat.

Washers and dryers worked fine. Cleanliness maybe a 5/10. The wifi password didnt work and the attendant spent half the time talking in a personal call and the entire time playing with the coin game machine.

I have used this laundry for 12-13 years. Have never had any problems, really like the Xtra, Xtra large washers!Always clean, always has an attendant on site, automatic doors and air conditioning that works really well.The attendant that is on site weekdays is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to help.

Love this place, we have been going for almost 6 years but I have one thing that really bothers me, it happened to me again today and always on Friday. This one lady thinks she can save dryers, if you use one she wants she does nothing but talk faul, her mouth is horrible, she is dirty goes to everyone one in there talking about and loud enough so you can hear her. You need to put signs up NO SAVING DRYERS. Your place is so clean, cool and Sondra is very good.

The washer was clean, it uses both coin & card, they washed my comforters well. However, the dryers have my linens smelling really bad after taking them out. It is disappointing that I have to now wash them over at home piece by piece!!! So my idea of using the laundry to lessen my workload turns out to produce more work!!!!

Their washing machine was not dispensing water and my soap stayed on top,the lady in charge acused me of not knowing how to work a washing machine and insisted that I put the soap too late..but yet I put in on time on the other two load I had..

I have gone to koin kleen laundry since I was a child and for the first time in my life me and my family were told to leave. An employee named Ray told us that we had to leave because the baby was disturbing him. He also told us that children were not allowed there. He also said that if the baby kept moving around he was going to call the cops. And he said that his Manager said to not bring children there anymore. He also said that we werent allowed to go to any other laundry thats around Haines city area.
