This store looks halfway in between condemned and remodeling. The shelves are empty in a lot of places or very few items in other places. I found what I was looking for and even managed to snatch up the last baby recliner and that made it four stars instead of three. Theres always quite a few registers open and the cashiers are fairly friendly. It was the first time Ive ever been to Big lots so it was... okay.

The store was fairly clean and the employees were nice. The store is in decent shape although the bathrooms are slightly dated.

Store well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. They give a military discount (which I think all stores should do).

Things that are sold here are a little lower than regular stores.

Everyone seems to be very nice here. But a lot of holes on the shelves as supply chain issues seem to be effecting this store too.

Dirty, dusty, shelves all in a dismay. Bathrooms disgusting. Only good thing was the girls at register were friendly. Even the furniture guys were not very interested in the customers.

Big lots should have the vibe police check it. The establishment feels so creepy like one of those post apocalyptic movies. I’ve never said to myself “gee I sure would love to buy furniture at Big Lots” I usually come here to see what there is but I have never found anything worth my investment. Like at any of their stores I’m not saying it’s a bad store but it’s not a good one to shop at if that makes sense

I always like shopping at Big Lots. Big Lots to me are one of those stores where its the last place I shop if others store dont sell what it I am looking for. Plus they sells food items that other stores no longer sell or been put of stock for a while.

Unable to place pick up order online. Hard to find one item that was listed as available. Staff found one on back of top shelf. Second item showed 5 available but 2 staff were unable to find. Cashier informed me I could not receive $5.00 credit for purchasing $15.00 because it had to be purchased online. I showed her how the app would not let me place the order where the $5.00 credit was applied. I am handicapped and wanted to limit my walking by picking it up in the store. Overcharged for 2 items instead of one resulting in me having to return to the store for a credit.

I love Big lots! Saying that this store is confusing on sale items are mixed in with regular sales, clearance items you have to be careful the product is stacked and will fall on you! Head,feet & legs. Just needs some TLC.

Cool deep discount overstock store. Dig a little bit and you might be surprised. Good selections but can be hit or miss. Stop in and youll probably leave with something. Mostly friendly staff and rarely a wait to check out. Good way to kill thirty minutes or so while booking around town

Ive always found this store to be a clean location. And the employees friendly. The only issue I had on this trip was some items not being priced. While I understand that it was a Saturday and they probably were getting ready for the new Sunday ad. There were a couple of things I passed on because I didnt want to track someone down.

MAGNIFICENT

Visited the store on Saturday,, picked out a couch we really liked, went home talked about it, came back Sunday morning and unfortunately the couch was no longer on sale. We asked if they could do a price adjustment but were told that they could not, the sale ended Saturday and a new one began on Sunday. Disappointed in that, however we were very happy with the service we received overall.We were very happy also to receive next day delivery. The delivery was prompt the following day and the service men that delivered our couch helpful, polite, outstanding service from Wings delivery.

Big Lots can be a bargain. But you have to be certain of the competitors prices. The items you can pickup are not the highest quality but in a pinch they will get you by. At a affordable price.

This store is my jam. They always have things I need at the times I visit. The furniture is awesome.

Good except that it was friends and family day and the mattress that I looked at earlier in the week was on sale for $528.00 and they put it back to regular price for the sale so instead of saving over $100 from the 20% off sale I really only saved $50.

This place took advantage of my grandmother and marked up an item up after they told her and promised she would get it for the sale price after they have been saving the item for her. When she arrived there was a price altercation and no manager was in.

Service was great. Really good prices on mattresses( beat rooms to go prices by $300.00) and beds.

Lots of odds and ends. Have expanded their furniture dept. Reasonably priced.
