Searching and searching until I found it! Although this place is hidden and has almost no parking, this ice cream shop is unique. Super clean, very friendly employees, excellent service and delicious popsicles. I bought 10 popsicles of different flavors and so far all the ones that I have tried, they taste delicious! Delicious churros too!!!

Like foodie foods that not only look good but taste great ? This is a must try. Not to mention all up and down this street there are several other Mexican restaurants that look like a great place to visit Mexico while in Florida.

The staff lacks CUSTOMERS SERVICE ETIQUETTE. As a paying customer I believe accommodating the request of the customer is top priority. This was not the case in my experience. Wont spend a penny here again.

Everything I got here was amazing. I got the churro funnel cake, doritolocos, strawberries n cream, mangolata, and a chango ice cream pop...I can’t wait to go back and try everything else!

Ice cream is very tasty but customer service is horrible! let me elaborate my brother ordered for me It was raining I stayed in car with my baby I told him what was once described to me last by a employee 1st time I went in as a mangonada but with stawberry icecream and fresh strawberry with a cream drizzle n whip onto but the lady didnt understand and gave us strawberry n cream with coconut shavings n walnuts so when he seen it he said this doesnt look like same thing she got last time hope she likes it...when he brought it out to me right away I knew it was not same as b4 so I said you know what I will try it if it taste good I will just keep it but it was gross so I went back in personally to see if they would remake I was told no that it is what we asked for n had to pay another 8$ I clearly was upset so I tell girl I guess they will lose a customer and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off like oh well! Then my brother called to talk to manager to see if they might understand better but nope equally careless and refused to make it right..I looked at all the bad reviews here since you are referring me to some Lee person? Seems like customer service is the common factor and you guys make excuses in every situation instead of correcting the problem at hand and also your responses are rude just own up & take the criticism which is to fix the attitudes of the workers so the paying customer will leave happy come back and leave good comments!

Fabulous carne asada torta, strawberry ice cream

There ice cream is so good! They have a lot of different choices and it’s homemade. Would definitely recommend this place. Staff is always friendly.

Amazing options!Different soft serves, sherbets, paletas (popsicles), prepared ice cream, and even popular Mexican snacks/food.I always come here for the paletas de chongos, only place I can ever find that flavor in Florida. I used to come here often when it first open, but recently with the amazing business clientele- make sure you have time and patience to come.The parking spaces are limited and it’s AWAYS busy. The shop only has one register, so if there is a family of 10 in front of you- you will have to wait for at least 30 minutes.I honestly just needed to leave a review on the logistics, the ice cream itself will sell itself! 10/10 on ice cream 👌

Ok so little disappointed first time going to this place and first time trying some of the items on the menu and sad to see a long hair in my drink. Sad the manager or “owner “ dint come out from the back to apologize and have the decency to make up for there unsanitary business hair can lead to contamination in foods. Some people may said is ok but when ur in business with food To ensure food safety the FSSAI has established hygiene and sanitation guidelines. Please keep ur eyes on ur food When you go shop at this place.

This place is amazing if I could give more than five starts I would!!! DoorDash forgot one of our orders and not more than 20 min pass and I think the owner or one of the employees brought the order to my house. Love the service ❤️❤️

This is a hidden gem- lots of natural flavors to try, everything is made at the shop, the staff is over the top friendly- my favorite part of coming by here is getting a mangonada taste of mango and spice - give it a try !

Cute colorful place with a variety of desserts with good prices. La Michoacana Funnel cake is my favorite . The Puerto Rican guy was very creative on sep25,20 when decorating the whip cream with the chocolate syrup, my dessert looked like one of those in the professional pictures

One of the best Michoacana’s around! Best ice cream/paletas I have ever had. Fun fact, there ice cream and patetas are made there at the store. Ice cream is not only their specialty, they have items like aguas frescas, mangonadas, esquites, tortas, milkshakes, chicharrón preparados, crepes, funnel cakes, and so much more!! This place is definitely a must try if you are around town, and if not take the drive, it’s so worth it!

All of the products here are made with care and love! The popsicles are amazing! The Fresas con crema is definitely my favorite! Ask for Vicente! He’s the young owner here and he has an amazing story!

The younger girl who was working there was rude and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Drove 30 minutes and was excited but won’t be coming back due to the service. Also the corn in a cup was cold and not fully cooked.

Very disappointed in this place! Drove 25 minutes to get there and had to find another Mexican restaurant because they said their kitchen was closed! They close at 9 but their kitchen closes at 8:30 and I showed up at 8:23, and on top of that had to deal with the attitude of the guy mopping the floor 😒 so many places going out of business and they turn down customers!

We visited it for the first time.Good service, delicious ice cream.The only thing is that I would recommend looking for a larger place.It is very visited and people have to wait outside most of the time in what they ship.

I always go I never have a complaint but today they had bad service, there was no coordination in attending to me, the one who attended me speaks that speaks on a trip and I asked him for ice cream, it was bad and mangonada without sweet that he brings, they threw me a lot of time to eat mangonada is full of sweet that I did not like this, I think that I love to go to this place but today they had good service more I asked him then to give me back money since that was not it did not help me ... he can not enjoy that except my child was for him

Whoever attended us left the order in the middle and went to talk on the phone several times when he finished the order, the result was the most horrible banana split, all mixed and melted ...

I have never entered this place but I know people who have gone and say that it is excellent. I started looking for information and when I saw the photos I fell in love with everything ... the color of the place of the many varieties of ice cream ... the decoration in each plate or glass .. of the refreshing waters .. of the desserts etc etc. Soon I will go to eat everything that they sell there jjjj .. Everyone is fine, domas, I asked for a beef schnitzel cake. They gave me pure vegetables, they raised the price, but they put meat on it.

They must improve as they confront you to give them the tip, the tip is supposed to be given if there is service at the table, and one only goes there to ask for an ice cream and go to eat it in the car or house, to me I like to give them tips but just as they ask you in the face as if I were forced I did not like them or those who went with me, the ice cream is delicious, but train those who serve that scare customers better
