Weve been using these guys for over the past year with little to no issue.

The woman who answered the phone barely bilingual. could not answer the simplest question of how much is a pallet. I didnt even have a chance to be a customer, because she frustrated me so badly on the phone. she couldnt tell me if they sold them and stack or singles, if youre going to work for a business and say youre bilingual make sure your English isnt so broken that nobody can understand it. I would have give her props for being in a job like that. she didnt understand me and I didnt understand her. thats not my fault. I dont work there for someone to answer the phone. you better know what youre saying and understanding the questions that asked of you.

If you value your time and money, avoid this place. Its dirty, crowded, and no one speaks English. Been here for 2.5 hrs and they havent even begun to load me, yet Im the only truck here. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
