Very professional with their service! I called them after a disappointment no show with another company and they were able to get my car fixed on short notice! The lady was very understanding and respectful with my situation and was super professional with the scheduling! She made sure my appointment was scheduled and official, also verifying when they were coming. My only concern with this service was the people who did my backglass. Although they didnt look professional like I hoped, they got the job done and were very nice. Overall, the service was great, I just hope the people doing the autoglass wear masks next time...

I wouldnt have my vehicle windows done by this business if it was my last resort! Completely unprofessional, accuses you of not confirming your appointment, does not come when they say they are going to, and will not even give you an ETA if they say they are going to be late! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Stay clear and stick with Safe Lite!
