I am beyond thrilled with my new patio covering. As I type this I am sitting underneath enjoying it. I can’t say enough good things about this family owned business. Randall (Dad) is honorable, reputable, trustworthy, unbelievably patient, and a refreshing breath of good clean air in dealing with a person/company in this kind of industry. I am new to owning a home and doing home improvements/renovations and was nervous, indecisive, lost on which direction to go, specifically what I needed, etc. Randall held my hand throughout the whole process. During installation, I met Randall’s two son’s Randi and Ryan. They are accommodating, respectful, professional, and as great as their father. Just like their father, they go above and beyond the call of duty. All of them care about the customer and want the customer to be happy. I am in love with my new pavilion. It is absolutely gorgeous. Randall, Randi, Ryan, Calvin and Austin, a heartfelt thank you for all your hard work, the great service, treating my home with love and respect. Blessings to you all.

Cancelled on our job because I did part of the work and didnt understand (got their quote and then did part of the work myself) why they had a a second day scheduled. I did a 1/4 of the work alone in less than 2 hours. So, at nearly a $1000 for just adding a second day, i asked why they needed 2 days. I did not ask for a discount or a break in price. Only an explanation of the need for 2 days. The owner Randall acted like i was trying to not pay a bill on work they never did. Had to tell him not to speak to me the way he did. Luckily, we didnt move forward. I grabbed one other guy and we are finishing the demo ourselves. Will be done by lunch. And to clear up the lies in Randalls response; I did NOT complain about price but i asked for him to explain the need for a second full day that carried an additional labor rate. Not once did i ask for anything more than to explain that. He chose to speak to me as if i were a toddler learning my first language. Unacceptable. The work i did on my own was necessary to replace the roof. It was upon doing that work that i realized only a few hours were needed for demo. Its $880 a day labor.Less than 1.5 hours to demo. Combined with the day I worked alone, less than 4 hours. 1/4 done by a single person. The remainder done by 2. It was no wonder Randall couldnt explain the unnecessary additional day. Sad way to run a business, Randall. You should be ashamed to think you could pull the wool over the eyes of everyone.

We decided to cover our new deck and called B+R Installations for an estimate. This is a family owned business and everyone is involved. We were extremely happy with our quote and 4 days later the crew showed up on schedule and 6 hours later we had a beautiful, well crafted deck cover. The crew cleaned up perfectly afterwards. We are very happy with our deck now.
