We decided to get the floors redone in our entire house (except the bathrooms and laundry room) and were very nervous about the decisions we were going to make on such a large project. We got several bids from flooring contractors and looked all over the Metroplex at flooring showrooms to figure out what type of flooring we wanted. When we walked in to Zachs showroom, it was completely low-pressure and we could take as many samples as we wanted home without leaving any sort of deposit. When Zach came to our house to measure the floors, he took his time and explained everything that would be included in the bid and answered all of our questions. He kept us informed in the weeks to come about our flooring delivery and accommodated around our vacation when it came to scheduling the project. When it came time for the flooring to be installed, the All American crew was fantastic. Since we were doing the entire house, they moved all of our furniture around, demoed the old floor, leveled our floor (it needed a lot of leveling...) and installed the new floor in four days. They worked long hours to get the project done quickly without inconveniencing us as much as possible. The crew was respectful and kept the work area as clean as you can when youre demoing and installing flooring. We couldnt be happier with our new floors and the installation and highly recommend Zach and All American Flooring for flooring projects.

My wife and I debated for some time on what type of floor was best suited for our home. We got several estimates from some of the biggest flooring companies. My wife and I decided to replace the flooring throughout our entire house with the exception of just a couple bathrooms and a mud room. The project was quite daunting until we went to All American Flooring. They were very helpful and accommodating from start to finish and the end result was amazing. So, because we had such a positive experience we also decided to have our kitchen cabinet doors replaced. Zach was very helpful in getting the project started, and then his cabinet maker Juan stepped in to actually build the doors to our liking. We chose Shaker style doors and they came out beautifully. We even had a couple extra built-ins that required custom sizing and they came out equally wonderful. Lastly, Erik the carpenter came out for final painting and installation and his workmanship and the final results came out nothing short of amazing, too. The entire team at All American Flooring from start to completed project were professional, thoughtful, conscientious and thorough in all of their work and interaction with me and my wife. We are so thrilled with their work that we are now in the process of selecting countertops and backsplash tile through the incredible selection of styles offered by All American Flooring to make our kitchen remodel complete.

Outstanding experience with All American Flooring! Their selection was impressive and their tile is higher quality than Lowes and Home Depot. We are very pleased with our experience and the installation. The wood floors we selected were not the first choice when we first went into the store about a year ago. At first we chose to use a different brand and do less Sq ft and a lighter color but we selected a wider and darker plank. Zack was very helpful with ideas and his expertise was fantastic. The prices here are very good and they have great financing offers. The installation was flawless and they even move furniture. This is our new place from now on for flooring for any of our projects. Zack Almeraisi at the Haltom City store assisted us on our first visit and was very helpful, gave excellent advice, and lower prices on all the tile and granite we had chosen at other stores. Once we paid, though, the follow-through was very poor. Phone calls not answered, messages not returned, emails and texts ignored. One tile we chose was discontinued and Im still waiting for Zack to do the refund and send receipt, which he has promised numerous times and not done. He rarely answers the phone and doesnt return calls or texts. Ive had to physically go to the store several times to get service. I finally got a receipt today for our purchases after going in and asking directly for a copy of my invoice, which I should have gotten immediately when I paid for the tile. I will never use All American Flooring again. Good prices and Zack is very pleasant, but its the worst service Ive ever received.***update: Got a call this morning from All American Flooring headquarters with a profuse apology for the lack of customer service. They will deliver the remaining tile that we are waiting on directly to us as soon as it comes in. They have explained that the service we received is not the usual customer service. We understand that things happen beyond ones control; more communication would have been nice instead of being kept in the dark.

All American flooring was amazing! We worked with Marilyn and she was just a dream come true. From the start to finish, she was patient, understanding, and offered solutions to our decorating experience of our white tile floors and fireplace. Awesome experience!!! Zacks customer service was second to none. He spent a great deal of time and effort researching our old flooring, and providing us with quotes for new hardwood floors, even though I was upfront with him and explained that we probably wouldnt be able to give him the business. I was so impressed with his knowledge, his affordable quotes, and his willingness to work with us, that I fought to give him the job. Our new floors are completely finished and they look incredible. His crew was meticulous and took quite a bit of extra time to ensure the concrete floors were absolutely ready for the wood to be installed. I will definitely be using All American Flooring for our next project.

Had our floors installed recently by Regal and his crew. We were thrilled not only at the end result, but the care and precision exercised by this team. My husband observed them and was impressed by their concentration when measuring and installing our new floor. As for the ordering of The Stonebrook collection at the showroom in Haltom :Zach was so helpful and patient with us and reassured us of the quality of our selection. We are planning to take a rest from re-modeling for a few months but when we resume, it will be All American flooring who will get the job to do our flooring upstairs. We are more than satisfied customers.

The original install went well. Zach mentioned on several occasions that he stood by the product he sold. Now two years later the PVC plank flooring is falling apart. I receive no replies from my phone messages or emails left. I guess the next step will be the BBB. Very frustrating.

These guys have fabulous selection, and surprisingly great prices! Took up almost 800 sq ft of ceramic tile and 200 sq ft of carpet then put down the most beautiful hand scrapped laminate flooring. All in 3 days! Will definitely be using them for my carpet replacement and counter tops too.

I was shopping around for replacement flooring for my rental property and shopped multiple different retail stores off 121. I spoke with Zack on the phone and he seemed very willing to help with a solution for the property. I came into All American Flooring with the intention of purchasing and having some fairly inexpensive laminate flooring installed and Zack suggested -- as its for a rental property -- a simulated wood plank vinyl flooring. Initially, was not exactly sure how I felt about this suggestion, but the price certainly was right. Zack was willing to come out that same day, after hours, to measure and give me an accurate estimate. We were able to have the installation done, complete with all new gorgeous baseboards, for LITERALLY thousands less than I anticipated. I couldnt be happier with the suggestion he made, and with the service I received at All American Flooring. They have an extensive selection of different hardwoods, laminates, carpets and if youre on budget -- the vinyl plank flooring will not disappoint. Excellent experience!

We recently had carpet removed from home and had laminate floors installed in the kitchen/dinning/living areas. At first I was hesitant about laminate but Zak was patient and understanding of what I was looking for. I was well assisted with suggestions on floors as well as with baseboards. The installation crew was awesome, there were able to undercut the wood, brick, and tile areas. I could not be more satisfied. New floors and boards are in and I love, love, love them!

My husband and I were fortunate to have found Zack and All American Flooring. We had visited several other flooring stores, but we never had a sense our design wants and needs were being heard. Zack spent several hours with us (over several visits to his store), even scheduling time to meet with us after hours because of our work schedules. Zack was never “high pressure” and allowed us to move at our own pace. Once we decided on the flooring option for our home, Zack personally came out to perform the measurements. When he came to our home, he not only measured for our new flooring, he visited with us about blending our current décor with our new floors. To accommodate our busy schedule, the tear out and installation was scheduled during the Christmas holiday (not something you typically see during that time of year). The flooring crew assisted us with moving the furniture in multiple rooms in our home so they could tear out about 1,500 sq. ft. of ceramic tile. The crew was so conscientious while performing the massive amount of demolition and installation; clearing away all the trash upon their daily departure. As they installed our new floors and baseboards, we had the sense that they were doing our job just as they would for their own family. They even came and worked on Christmas Eve because we requested they finish our downstairs for our Christmas gathering. Zack stayed in contact with us, despite suffering from the flu, and once our floors were complete, he addressed each concern and made certain we were 100% satisfied.

10-2019 - Im a repeat customer. I had All American Flooring do some work at my old house last year (see below) and it all turned out beautiful. I moved to a new house this year and it was way cheaper to have All American Flooring update the flooring and paint after closing than it would have been for the builder to do it. I was able to take samples home with me to see what they looked like in my home. This place was great! Zach was so helpful with all of our decision making. What we were originally going to do wasnt really the best overall and especially cost wise. Zach helped us every step of the way and was so flexible! With only a couple days’ notice, we had to push our install date and he was more than accommodating. The flooring was our first major expense on our house and I was probably a little overzealous but Zach and team are phenomenal. We’re already debating if we need to replace some other flooring and we will definitely be back!

OMG - I am totally in LOVE with my new floors!!! I have been looking to replace the flooring in my home since August 2015 and have gotten many estimates,. but I always felt like the salesperson was just trying to sell me anything to make a buck. I actually stumbled upon All American Flooring by accident and I am glad I did. Zack is absolutely wonderful and patient (didnt get agitated by my perfectionist tendencies). There was another company that was a bit cheaper than All American Flooring but I went with them because 1) out of all the folks who came to my house to provide estimates, Zack was the ONLY one who recommended that I take samples home and play with them to see how they would look in my house; 2) indicated that they could repair a small area near the patio door that would allow me to have laminate rather than vinyl (I like the more authentic look of laminate) and most importantly 3) Zacks personality he is AWESOME -- he doesnt try to sell you anything but really helps you identify what is more to your liking. I got laminate (in the main areas) and carpet in the bedrooms and my house is absolutely stunning! The installers for both the laminate and carpet (especially Gabe and his team) were professional and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. There was one small issue during the install, but the installer informed me about it and both Zack and Mousa were on it immediately. You honestly cant go wrong with All American Flooring.

This company stands behind their work. I had a poor experience with an installer and when I voiced my concerns and dissatisfaction they expeditiously corrected the issue. Thank you Zack Almeraisi, the salesman who quickly got on top of my issue and took personal care to ensure my concerns were addressed and the problem was fixed. I highly recommend Gustavo Chacon, the installer who came in and fixed the problem, he was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my problem. These two men made sure that the job got done, done correctly and that I was left a satisfied customer. It is because of these two men, that I would use this company in the future and that I would recommend this company to others.

Excellent prices, I was quoted a much higher price at Lowes, and All American Flooring beat their pricing by 300 dollars less. They did excellent work fast and professional installation and Bill was a positive upbeat person to deal with.

Zack and his team of installers did a phenomenal job on the pricing and installation of our vinyl floors in 6 areas of our home. We have pets that caused a smell in our carpet. Zack came out and assessed the situation, provided some flooring sample recommendations, and also worked very well with an in home medical situation. The installers had to completely redo the subfloor prior to installation of the vinyl and everything looks perfect. A two day job turned into 4 due to the subfloor but Zack and the installers kept us updated throughout (additional days were due to unexpected replacement of subfloor). The installers kept the area as clean as possible, were very careful in movement of furniture, and did a great job on the finishes/room transitions. We are very happy with the service and professionalism. Zack went out of his way to ensure the medical situation was accounted for throughout the installation. As a real estate investor, I will be using this company again for my rental properties. Highly recommend.

Accolades to Zack Almeraisi at All American Flooring in Haltom City!!! Zack came highly recommended to me by my daughter by word of mouth from a friend who had just had her floors done and assured her that Zack would take good care of us. I must say that Zack was my anchor through the entire installation process! He helped me pick out and coordinate all of my flooring needs which included gorgeous multi sized planked Bella Cera hand scraped engineered hardwood for my living room, dining room, hallway, and master bedroom; 20 X 20 Travertine tile flooring for the kitchen, 12 X 24 Travertine tile for bathroom flooring and shower. For the accent walls surrounding my garden bathtub, he recommended a brown marble tile and incorporated the use of the glass beaded tile that was used in the shower to pull it all together. He also helped me with the selection of a good quality carpet for the stairs and upper level bedrooms and suggested the use of a memory foam pad - which I must say feels amazing! He also suggested using a quality vinyl floor tile for the upstairs bathroom. Last but not least was the finishing touch of new 4 ½ baseboards throughout! I could not be happier with the flooring products and the level of customer service that I received from Zack Almeraisi! He not only kept me informed every step of the way as far as what would happen next but he even came by the house to ensure that the installation was going as expected.
