I flew up to buy/pick up a car from Florida. I was nervous taking that amount of time and effort but Jake made the process very smooth. Dealing with Jake was like buying a car from a friend. Hes honest, straightforward, a car enthusiast, knowledgeable, and not pushy like every other dealership. He even followed through after the purchase with getting a spare key for the vehicle. I hope I get the chance to buy another car from him in the future.

I purchased a 2011 Grand Cherokee from Prime Motors, Jake made this process very easy and I didnt feel that I was pressured in any way. The Jeep was presented and shown in excellent shape. What I noticed while there, all of the vehicles that were in his showroom looked as new. No junk. So far so good as far as everything working as it should. Easy financing sure helped as well. I purchased a 2018 Yukon Denali from Jake at Prime Motors in 12/2020. The process was quick and easy and once we decided to buy, he had everything ready so we were out the door quickly.6 mos later I had a random error message and when I went into my local GMC dealer they said it was a bad non-OEM sensor, and it was going to be $550 replacement. I emailed Jake asking if he had the sensor we needed, and if we could buy a replacement from him and install ourselves.Jake not only responded quickly, but hunted down the sensor and had the PTL shop replace it at no charge. We buy a lot of used cars and have never had high expectations of anything after the sale is complete, but Jake & PTL went way above and beyond.I’d highly recommend doing business with them.

We had a great experience buying a Yukon XL with Jake at Prime Motors. We started looking a couple of months before we were really ready to buy. And once we knew what we wanted, Jake found us exactly what we were looking for. The car was spotless and in good working order. Once we got it home, it ended up having a faulty battery, which Jake replaced for us. The motor on the windshield wipers ended up needing to be replaced as well shortly after buying. And while Jake didnt replace that for us, he very kindly took my phone call and helped to troubleshoot the problem. Nice guy running a classy business. We would highly recommend.

I havent bought a vehicle from Jake, but I do some work on his vehicles on occasion and hope to buy one from him sooner than later. You can tell a lot about the integrity of a person when they treat a potential buyer the same way they treat people they work with. Ive worked with a few small dealerships and this is not the norm. People ask me, as someone who services vehicles, who the dealers are they can trust, and Jake is on a very short list.

Didnt buy from this dealer, but Jake was very personable and friendly. Instead of saying that everything on the car was absolutely perfect (like how a majority of the other dealers), he took the time to answer my questions with honesty.UPDATE: Couldnt find any better dealers so I went back to Jake. SO happy with my new car. I traded in a car and Jake made the process so easy. Approval didnt even take 5 minutes. Jake stayed later than the business hours, answered some more questions, and even gave me gas money to put gas in the car since it was almost empty! Jake the owner was awesome! We purchased a 2006 Lexus LX 470 in mint condition. He even had no problem with us taking it to a service center for an inspection before we bought. Even the mechanic at the service center recommended Prime Motors for quality used cars. All his vehicles are shiny clean and presentable. We purchased our 2007 Escalade from Prime Motors after doing much online research and praying. Prime Motors had the best pricing and the lowest mileage with a tow package. We were excited to find the new tires on the vehicle. It was very clean. We took it for a spin, checked out the backup camera, sound system and listened to the engine run through the gears. All seemed well and as promised so we stepped out in faith and purchased our Escalade in July of 2015.My husband is a electrical engineer who has rebuilt many cars. He is also an award winning guitarist. It is hard for him to play guitar when he has worked on vehicles all day so, we bought the warranty with it. The warranty has paid for itself.I waited to post this review so I could give an honest opinion. We were told the truth by Prime Motors, the vehicle has been a great blessing.The truck still runs great with no surprises. This dealer gives great pricing and stands behind his word. We will go to Prime Motors in the future for our next purchase of an Escalade.
