100% satisfied with Kitchen Creations !We worked with Faith, our kitchen designer, and couldn’t have been happier.She was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling, and very patient and helpful with our kitchen design.We bought our cabinets and sink from Kitchen Creations, and worked with one of the contractors they recommended, Top Remodeling, for the actual install / remodel. Jeff, the owner, was absolutely wonderful.Again, very knowledgeable and set a time frame for his work, and was right on track with his time table.My kitchen looks more beautiful than I ever could have imagined..I would highly recommend Kitchen Creations and Top Remodeling !

Great location, wonderful selection of products and employees were very friendly. Calls and questions were answered quickly & efficiently. I gave it 4 out of 5 only due to lack of follow up. But a family owned & operated business which is rare these days. I would recommend stopping to see if they have what youre looking for.

I stopped by, needing a quote on a laminate countertop for our camper . Joe, had a great idea and gave me some very helpful information. Very nice staff and beautiful store.

Absolutely impossible to work with. Called for a price and was told there were 42 choices and we’d have to come into the store. So we went to the store and a very nice gentleman showed us the catalog but said the only woman that could quote a price would be busy with another customer for at least another hour. Which he also told another customer that left. When I called back at a later date the owner told me that she refused to give out prices over the phone and that I should make an appointment. I did make an appointment but with another dealer. Unbelievably difficult to deal with these people in 2 of my 3 contacts with them.

Mel and Madeline are lovely people to deal with! It was a pleasure meeting them and look forward to creating my new kitchen with them!

Was satisfied at first......but we had some issued that were not followed up on. Wrong size cupboards were ordered....If I had not found the problem we would have received completely wrong size. When product was delivered, doors and drawer faces were very misaligned and crooked. After 6 weeks of waiting, my husband fixed them himself the best he could.Not happy in the end. These werent the cheapest or most expensive cupboards, but they should have been straight!

Loved working with Laura at Kitchen Creations. She was easy to get ahold of and super helpful with all of our questions. She made great suggestions without ever being pushy. We love our new quartz countertops and backsplash!

Ordered quartz countertops from them. Package came with a blanco sink and Huntington brass faucet. When solid surfaces came to do the installation, the sink was cracked in two places. Gary from solid surfaces called it in. They continued with the installation and got as far as they could without the sink. They had to leave to do another scheduled installation. We were rescheduled for the next day between 3-3:30. Solid surfaces were told they couldnt have the replacement sink till they brought in the damaged sink, but the sales person from kitchen creations brought their display sink over at 5:30 probably because their store was closing for the night. Solid surfaces didnt show up till about 8:30. The guys were great and stayed till the job was complete. The next day we went to kitchen creations and the owner was very rude. Told me I dont know anything about schedules and shipping. We were also told they no longer carry blanco sink and Huntington brass because of all the troubles they have had with them. I dont think Mel (the owner) knows anything about customer satisfaction. I will not recommend them to anyone and I will discourage anyone I hear even thinking about dealing with them
