Nobody seems to care. Poor selection and very poor service. I was desperate for my glasses. I finally called. They had been in for two weeks! We couldnt reach me. I suggested they use USPS. I really dont know if they left a message. I am the only person who accesses my phone. :We might send a postcard if long time passes. But we dont want to bug people.

We did a family visit and they let us all go in and stay together. It really eased our 5 year old seeing it was her first visit. They were amazing with her, such patience. The staff was great and very friendly.

I went to Hamburg Optical recently for new glasses. I normally dread this process, but Hamburg has such a great selection and everyone was so nice there. I actually had a lot of fun getting new glasses! Prices were beyond reasonable too. I would recommend giving them a try if you have not already.

Always superior treatment

Just got an eye exam and new eyeglasses at Hamburg Optical. A great experience with fast and professional service. Got a pair of Easytwist glasses for everyday use, and a pair of Liberty Sport eyeglasses to wear when playing sports. Great prices too. I spent way less here on good eyeglasses than at the last 2 places I bought at.
