Ive had some silver dimes and other various coins sitting in ziploc bags in a small box for years. I decided to look up someone locally who could appraise and buy my coins and came across John at Classic Rarities. He was easy to get in contact with, and I was able to schedule an appointment to meet with him for the very next day. I will also note he had excellent COVID protocols in place, which I really appreciated. In less than 10 minutes he had appraised my coins, and was honest with me about what was valuable, what wasnt, and why. I set up an appointment with John and he not only did the appraisal for free, he gave me an education on the coin and made recommendations to make sure the coin was properly insured.
