Many varieties of ice cream. Seating outside only. Refused to give the granddaughter a cup of tap water but did sell me a bottle of water for a buck. Didnt like the attitude. This occurred on Tuesday August 24 around 2:30 pm

The picnic table area has a great atmosphere at night with the string lights. Great spot.

Wonderful staff and great flavors. They always have something dairy free which makes us with allergies very happy.We purchased a sponge candy ice cream cake the other day from here and those who tasted it were raving about how good it was.I do recommend calling ahead if there is a specific flavor you are looking for. They will run out of specialty flavors from time to time

I absolutely love this place, great treats and great service... But with this being Said I would like to point out that I did just drive by your place of business @ 7:45 Pm, and there were more than 20 ppl there and a larger group of 10+ people standing together. Also there were even more People waiting to order and waiting for their orders not practicing social distancing during this serious time not only in the world but in our backyards......The spread will never slow or stop if our own local businesses can’t enforce the state orders that are put in place to try and minimize people getting sick or dying...I would hope this doesn’t get looked over and ignored due to the seriousness of nature regarding this virus.This is by no means a negative review on their business that is why I gave 5 stars. I am just a concerned neighbor in the area and hope this will change how the patrons are regulated and the state orders are enforced..

2018: Excellent! They give you a lot of ice cream for the price. They have Perrys hard ice cream and Upstate Farms Soft Serve Ice Cream, which are delicious. Atmosphere is great both inside and out with great decorations. Clean and family friendly. The staff are friendly. This is definitely the best ice cream shop in the area!2021: Update: Still great years later!! Only difference is new brands of ice cream adding to the choices!!

Ive driven by this place many times, not realizing that it was even there. I always blocked it out, thinking it was a bar from my college days. Now that I know its there....Ill surely be back. The nice little eating are is set up well. Buckets of chalk hang on the fence to keep the kids occupied. My only suggestion would be to add a small playground, but that is probably already in the works.

Amsdell Ice Cream Eatery has become one of the more popular places for ice cream in the area. They have a good selection of flavors and a variety of options. Their prices are a bit on the high end, but they put a premium on quality. Definitely recommend for the family to enjoy some ice cream after dinner or a ball game.

Servings/portions are too inconsistent. Convenient to my home, thats the main reason I go here. Lots of flavors - yummy custard, not so yummy Dole Whip. Always crowded, especially with sport teams. I wish they would get WOW COW.
