Kids had a blast on the water slide and bounce house. Will be using Incredible Bounce again in the future. Not just for parties. Excellent service all the way around.
I would like to thank The Incredibles bounce house crew workers 4 doing such a great job and setting up and even laughing and talking with the party crew at my young grandchild birthday people told me how well-mannered and friendly your people were when they were putting up and I know from firsthand experience when they were taking down how friendly they were and very professional my granddaughter had a ball I would highly recommend your company to anybody thats doing kids party to call you thank you for everything we were very happy and pleased.
Incredible bounce is always awesome ! We always rent from them but this time they were particularly great with working around the weather with us. It poured sat so they were able to set up Sunday for us . Really flexible and friendly !

We rented the pink and purple castle bounce house as a last minute surprise for our daughters birthday. We messaged late afternoon the day before and Incredible Bounce got back to us quickly and let us pick what we wanted. They dropped it off early the next morning and even gave us a couple extra hours at the end of the day. The bounce house was clean and cute.. our kids had a wonderful time with lots of memories. Will do this again. ☺️
They did not show up when they said they would and they also gave me a popcorn machine with missing parts . I tried to contact them and they never returned my call

We had a great experience with Incredible bounce. This was our second time renting from them and it is worth every penny. The bounce houses are in great shape, very clean and wiped down right in front of you. The staff is very friendly and punctual. My kids had a blast and were sad to see the bounce house go. I look forward to our next rental in September!

Having young children we have needed different bounce houses throughout the years. I have rented them from a few different companies until about 5 yrs ago. We have been using Incredible Bounce for our annual event for 6 years. Excellent service, quality and pricing. We rent 4 units - 2 bounce houses, slip n slide and obstacle course, as well as a large tent and concession equipment. All units are clean and in great working order.

I’ve been screwed over many time by a few others and never felt comfortable ordering online in fear of not receiving the product. With incredible bounce there is no worry AT ALL. They follow through, You will get what you pay for and they will communicate with you along the way! I recommend the large water slides, those have been my favorite inflatable so far. We have used Incredible Bounce the last 3 years for our Field Day (2 inflatable obstacle courses). Josh and his team are extremely professional and reliable. They are easy to work with, the obstacle courses are clean and their prices are great. They are extremely flexible. Josh and his team have been great! We have rented from them about 4x now and each experience has been great. They are very reasonable in price, accommodating, hassle-free, and very flexible for set-up/pick-up. They also wipe down and clean each inflatable and leave landing mats in front of the bounce house or in front of slides to help prevent injuries. We will continue to rent from for all of our events!
BEST company. The people in the office were great and patient. The poor installers had to do it rain never complained and very friendly. The tables and chairs were clean so was the slip and slide. This is the only company I would go to.

Josh and his team are fantastic. They are fantastic to work with and answered all questions promptly. Gave a heads up when they were on the way and the equipment is in top notch shape. We rented an 18 foot water slide. They cleaned the slide after installation and gave proper instructions. Today was my daughters 7th birthday party and we have been using bounce houses from Incredible Bounce since she was 1! We had the 7-1 emoji themed one and the kids only stopped bouncing to cool off for a bit before heading back in to bounce more. The staff is always very courteous at installation and removal and very accommodating to our schedule. Very highly recommended!

We have rented a waterslide from Incredible Bounce every summer for the last 3 years. Everyone on the team is polite and helpful. The slide arrives on time and they clean it as soon as they set it up, so you know its in good shape. Set up and take down is always very fast and on time. Couldnt ask for more!

BOUNCE HOUSE WAS 3 HOURS LATE- THEN BOUNCE HOUSE WAS FULL OF WATER MAKING IT DANGEROUS FOR SMALL CHILDREN- AS THEY WERE SLIPPING ALL OVER THE PLACE. THE WATER KEPT RAISING UP THE WHOLE DURATION OF THE PARTY. THE WATER TOOK ALMOST ANOTHER HOUR TO WIPE UP- HAD TO LEND THEM TWO EXTRA TOWELS AND AN EXTENSION CORD. THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE LATE DUE TO OTHER PROBLEMS AT OTHER CUSTOMERS HOUSES. I FEEL MORE COULD HAVE BEEN DONE FOR MY INCONVENIENCE AT MY DAUGHTERS FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY- KIDS WERE PATIENTLY WAITING AND THEN WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT THERE PATIENTLY WAITING AS THEY TRIED THEIR BEST TO SOAK UP WATER... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.
