I purchased a lamp for my projection TV on June 19 and had to return it 3 months later. I had to pay $10 shipping. They shipped the next lamp Sept 25. This one lasted less then 2 months. When I inquired about a replacement they said the warranty was 4 days past. I told them that these bulbs should last about 8,000 hours, he responded you should get 6 months to a year with our after market lamps. I told him Ive went through 2 in less then 6 months. Nothing he could do! I guess they just expect that people are going to keep buying their junk or that people wont return it. Nothing like this should last for just 2-3 months. I think theyre repairing old bulbs.I went to Amazon and paid the same plus an additional $2.99 for 3 year warranty.

Had a little issue with the ship date due to Covid 19 however once I contacted them, they stepped up and made it right!!! VERY HAPPY and will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you again Daretta, you ROCK!!!

During Spring sports season, when the bulb for your large screen TV goes out, life stinks. The bulb in our Sony went out on Saturday morning; I ordered a replacement on Saturday afternoon and the bulb arrived on Monday afternoon. By the time a tournament game came on TV by dinner time, our big screen was up working again! And that is because of you folks. Thanks for the fantastic and timely service.

I received a defective projector lamp and even though it was covered under manufactuer warranty and I purchased an additional warranty, I was told I would have to pay to ship it across the country, and I wouldnt be shipped a replacement until they received it back! It would be less of a hassle and cheaper for me to buy a new one! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE LAMPS

I have brought many lamps from them and they usually last me anywhere between 1 month and a few years. They arent expensive and in person the lamps are more expensive than on eBay. I paid $30 for this last lamp that lasted a month but the one prior lasted like 2 years.

I received my order Shipped and delivered as promised. Bulb was packaged very securely. I will definitely use this company again.

I bought a bulb for my TV from them through Amazon. After about a week and a half it blew. I called them and within an hour I was there getting a new bulb. No hassle. I guess I should expect the cheap bulb to not last long, but 2 weeks? There service was excellent though. If this bulb blows, Im going to fork over more cash and get the manufacturers bulb. Im crossing my fingers on this one.

If i could give this a no star I would. Do not buy from this company. I ordered a bulb at 2pm Easter time to go out next day air. The next day, I noticed that my order had not been shipped. I called them company and no one in customer service picked up the phone. I called the sales department and a nice lady attempted to help me out. She told me that the my order was not placed before 4pm. I told her that this was not correct and that the order had gone through by 230PM the day before. She then proceeded to tell me that the only thing she could do was refund my money for next day air shipping for $67 and send it standard. This obviously does not help my situation as I needed the bulb next day. I then asked to be transferred to a manager who was incredibly rude. The was contradictory to everything that I said and could not have been farther from a customer service representative. I was told that 99% of orders ship out the next day, I find it hard to believe that I was the last person to order a bulb at 2PM that day. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

Excellent replacement. We use these in our church power point. Bulb had the same markings as the original bulb that lasted several years.

Paid extra $5 for advanced shipping and bang was on doorstop way faster than anticipated... works great!!

Replacement lamp arrived in a timely manner, and was in perfect condition. I had no problem installing it in the television set.

Ive done business with them I had problems. With my projection they meaning electrified discounters I received the correct bulb from them at a discount rate thats why I shop with E. D. 110 Webb st.

Fast service and delivery. I teach using this projection and I feel much better having a spare bulb at a reasonable price.

Never will I buy from this company again. Lamp that we bought never worked. Contacted this company and we have to pay return shipping on a defective product. Was told by a supervisor to deal with it. Absolutely disgusting customer service with crappy products! Buyer beware!!!

I purchased an E-Series(Generic Lamp) from Electrified Discounters in November of 2010 for $120.00 and it expired on August 13, 2013. When I called them to purchase another lamp the guy on the phone quoted me a price of $32.00 for the same lamp. Wow the prices have drop dramatically dropped since 2010. After reading all these reviews slamming Electrified I did my own research and found all the generic lamps sold by these various companies all come from the same factory in China. I ended up purchasing the lamp from Electrified and have had no issues at all. The sales person I spoke to was honest and very helpful. Ive come to the conclusion that these people writing these bad reviews most likely do it out of anger with out stopping to think of the damage it can do to small American based businesses.

Found a good replacement lamp for our antiquated SONY projector. It was easy to install, and so far the lamp works great.

I have bought several TY-1000 type lamps for my panasonic TV and have always received the lamps on time. The type-E lamps do not last as long as the type-O (maybe a month or two less) but I can buy 3 type-E for the price of one type-O. As for brightness I have never been able to tell the difference - use TV for family TV viewing.

I Purchased a New DLP bulb from Electrified Discounters. The Bulb came with the housing which did not fit in my television. I swapped the bulb and it was visibly inferior looking to the already once replaced bulb from 4 years ago from another vendor. The Electrified bulb lasted 3 days, about 12 hours of use. Because I bought the bulb months back, thats how long the previous one lasted to before finally burning out they refused to replace it under no circumstance.LOOK AT THE POOR REVIEWS THIS COMPANY HAS OVERALL. The majority except for an extreme few have had bad experiences with Electrified. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ELECTRIFIED and end up like the many that have posted here. There are too many other vendors to choose from than to buy from a company that is clearly selling poor quality products,that is why theyre cheap.

I have gone through 6 replacement bulbs for my sony SXRD In the last 7 months. I replaced my original bulb ( after two years of service) with a bulb from electrified and i have been replacing it ever since. The bulbs last about 5-7 weeks. just outside their refund period. They replace the bulbs, but i pay the $8 shipping cost, when their next bulb blows, I will buy elsewhere.
