This without a doubt the best vape shop around.. I make it a responsibility to go to slow Puffs once a week to get a juice or CBD I cant find anywhere else and thats a fact.. great customer service and comfortable environment.. Absolutely impressed by the customer service at this store! The blonde bearded gentleman that works there, that is friends with the owner, is an ABSOLUTE asset to this company. He takes his time with a customer, knows his stuff, engages in a very positive manner, answers any and all questions and goes above and beyond what is expected. We were looking for a spefic cyclone perc thats a very rare piece. Unfortunately we didnt end up buying a piece tonight, but we honestly almost did just because this guy was so attentive, relaxed and cool. We will be back and we will be recommending you guys! Great place! Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable on all different types of hemp products. Awesome glass collection too. Dont even get me going on the incense and holders. Cool logo too!

I didnt catch his name but the guy who works on Wednesdays is very polite and helpful, has good engagement. Slow puffs is actually my favorite vape/CBD/kratom shop. Neither have I ever had a problem here with rudeness or unprofessionalism. Whoever hires their workers here makes good hires from what Ive seen so far.

Just bought a new dab rig and most importantly the Terp Slurper and it’s probably the only way I’ll dab from now on. I easily got 2 more hits from the same amount I used before. 10/10 thanks guys for the recommendation. I told I would do it if I remembered lol.

This store is great! Its twice the size of the Middletown location and the store clerks are knowledgeable and helpful! They have their own CBD line that works wonders. They also have the best vapes and glass pieces. I stop by whenever I can.

Needed an alternative to pain meds after my knee surgery. Was told about Slowpuffs and how they might just have the thing for me! Not only did they recommend kratom for the pain but also hooked me up with some CBD just to get by on the regular. These guys are awesome, and they’re not about selling you the most expensive thing. They are about helping you out and figuring out what’s best for you. I head to either the Middletown or Hamden shop for some CBD whenever I need to and will never not go there!

This place is awesome. Was in the area for food when I stumbled across this gem. Great selection of CBD and kratom and it was really affordable. So glad I found this spot.

Staff was friendly, but when I purchased batteries, the guy said he didnt have any in box, I figured, whatever, I dont need a box. When I got home I found out they werent just unboxed, but they were old/used batteries, with very weak voltage even on full charge(which doesnt last long). Selling old batteries is one thing, but to sell that at full price doesnt sit right with me

Checked out both locations, both experiences were terrific! Jake was very helpful in assisting me with CBD & hooked me up with an amazing product that I noticed is helping me sleep very well already. Then the other day I was in Hamden and had to check it out. Wow! That store is really really nice. Larry helped me pick out an amazing glass pipe and I grabbed some CBD Herbs, High Hemp CBD Wraps, and a banana leaf (it smoked awesome) :) Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get some glass, vape, CBD, Kratom, or smoking accessories. Great store with helpful employees. They have a wide selection of Juices and a cool clothing line section. I just checked out their second location in Middletown, I recommend anybody looking to start or switch their vape supplier to check these guys out. My man Larry knows his stuff!

Amazing spot with some friendly guys! Went in for a Vape juice and to my pleasant surprise realized they were also a smokeshop! I️ personally never vaped before slow puffs was introduced into my life and I️ have to say I️t has changed me as a person. I️ have dropped all of my bad habits due to vaping and I️ thank slow puffs greatly for that. I️ also feel as if my social life has improved due to the environment at the slow puffs establishment, and I️ have developed many more relationships with more attractive females! I️ highly reccomend going to slow puffs If you are a vaper or need authentic clothing
