Where to start! Hamden Connecticut office. Plan on waiting an hour or more after your appointment time. Empty Purell container on wall in waiting room. Very small waiting room. Staff does not ask if youve been out of the country, if you have a fever, etc. Nada. And sometimes the process of solving one medical problem that brought you to them originally. Office staff is not always the most efficient and professional. I know some of the doctors are well-known but if I had known what I know now, I would have selected another practice. And I plan to do so when they solve the problem they created in solving my initial problem.
