I have no issues with the people or cleanliness of the store. The lady who waited on us was excellent, efficient, and professional.We purchased the LG wash tower, paid straight out that day, was told it would be delivered 10/24/21. So far no issues. However when it was delivered the dry window of dryer was smashed! So we refused it. We then called the number we had been instructed to, if there was problem. We spent over an hour trying to get to a real person, being hung up on, sometimes no answer at all. Finally I looked up to the number of the store we bought it from - the one in Hamilton on Wilford Rd.We went through a few people there as well, still not getting any help or instruction. Finally we asked for the manager. By this time I was at the end of my rope. The manager informed us he would look into it and call us later! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I needed this taken care of now so I can arrange for a replacement!! At this point, I said just refund my money. I’ll go to Lowe’s at shop, which is what I did!I might add, I had never purchased a major appliance from Home Depot and needless to say it will never happen again!

Walking in to Home Depot, the staff and mist customers appear to be compliant with masks. The person up front was very helpful with where appliances were.When arriving at the refrigerators, Steve,, a knowledgeable gentleman wearing his mask, helped us review the refrigerator options. He was pleasant asking if we needed assistance. When he did not have what we were looking for, he was helpful with other options, without being pushy.We left undecided, but I definitely want to go back and purchase through Steve. He is excellent at it.

Purchased 2x4 and dry wall. They dropped my drywall off at the curb with forklift and didnt offer to help load. Eventually an employee who was collecting carts offered to help. Been shopping here for years. Never a good experience. Prefer the West Chester location.

This location is great. The employees are always there to greet and help you when you enter the store. The shelves are stocked and the store is nice and neat. I haven’t been able to give to many 5 stars lately so I am happy to be rating the store a 5.

The store manager needs to train these associates how to help customers. Emily at the service desk needs to learn manners, customer service and learn how to assist customers. If she doesnt like her job then she can find another job. Its sad that a customer who just had cancer surgery, who cant walk far went into the store to purchase a couple of things and asked to be rung up at the customer service desk and was given an attitude and told to walk at the other end of the store. The customer had to explain she just had cancer surgery and couldnt walk far. Emily had an attitude & then after ringing her up Emily thought it would be nice to throw the receipt at the customer. I was appalled how she can treat any customer this way. Its wrong and should never happen. I will be sure to contact Home Depot home office or Store Manager. If the store Mgr doesnt take action, I make sure to let others know to stop shopping at this store.Get it together Home Depot! Emily needs to be trained better.

I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot. I have had consistent problems with my washer and dryer since I bought it. The so called warranty company has been pulling us along for 2 years. I’ve had service out to my house 8-10 times for the same issue. They have replaced several parts and it’s not working but they do everything they can instead of replacing it. I went to the store to ask the management to help and he sounded like he would. I thought finally someone is going to help. Nope. He never called me back and never helped. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I will drive miles away to go to a Lowe’s instead of 5 minutes down the street. Complete garbage.

Staff was nice, but of course understaffed. Unfortunately I probably wont be buying my materials from Home Depot any further either. I have had consistent delivery problems. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for something to deliver on a Monday and woke up to a text message sent by Home Depot around 10 P.M.on the SUNDAY night before.. They claimed my delivery has been changed to Thursday. Very last minute, no reason or explanation for the change or delay. The raw materials are on site so it was not a shortage issue. Lovely how they just decide at the drop of the hat to change delivery times on you like you dont have a life to plan around. Ill do the rest of my shopping at Lowes or Menards. Thanks Home Depot. More Saving. More doing. More headaches.

I had a brand new one explode on me while I was doing laundry & away from home shopping...what a mess of water I came home to. Shop-vac to the rescue. If you dont own one you should. Ive had the same one for more than 25 years & its still going strong. They have them at Home Depot too.

I was shopping for a new fridge. The woman who assisted me was very nice, but she stated that she doesnt know much about the different models, she just sells them. I thought that was an odd thing to say to a customer. They arent paid commission, so I guess thats just the way it is nowadays.I did a lot of research before ordering my fridge from home online. It was delivered yesterday and we are happy with it so far. Delivery guys were a bit anippy, but that was because we were the last of their 16 deliveries and it was hot, humid and raining. Our driveway is very steep. Even I hate it. I know they did.

Always enjoyed Home Depot very helpful employees and they have budget or expensive prices for budget conscious buyers.

I was not aware that curb service ended at 6 I went in my order has not been pulled they had two bags of mulch in a plastic garbage can of which I cannot lift because I had elbow recall the only thing good about him was their houseplant

Terrible customer service. Slow at helping people with questions and no knowledge of what they sell. Expect to wait for an hour before you get some help. Menards cross the street. I get better help there.

Quite possibly the most incompetent series of mistakes I’ve yet experienced in (what should be) an electronic workflow.- tracking showed shower doors arrived to store Dec. 21- never received email. We called Dec. 30 and they said doors were in and we could pick up- order brought to customer service to discover 1 of 3 packages was missing- could not just purchase 2 pieces. Had to refund entire order and make new order.- requested shipping waived so we did not have to make another trip- estimated delivery 1 month after we should have received it- acted as though they were doing us a favor

Ordered a refrigerator over a week ago was guaranteed to be delivered 6/26They messed up my order after I purchased contacted store was told it was put on wrong truck making delivery 15 minutes from me .They would not have driver go out of route to deliver . Store manager treated me horrible about this lost 300.00 worth of groceries. Had to call multiple times to find out they wont deliver til 6/28 .Will never buy from this store again

Love the store but when I cant get into multiple aisles because youre staff is choosing the busiest time of the day to stock the shelves made me go to Lowes to spend my money. Three separate aisles were closed in the garden area.

My favorite home appliance store has many more options than Lowes especially if youre looking for single tools...and hardware

Recently bought a house and what to home depot to get a washer and dryer which showed up late then we spent 5k on carpet the installers showed up and claimed the the concrete slab was all busted up and wet then they said they would have to glue the tack strips down and come back in a few days then we asked them to install the carpet in the bedrooms while they were there and one of installers said that they dont get paid enough to make trips to install carpet even though they were at the house and claimed they they needed to come back in a few days after the glue dried. All together Ive spent 10k at home depot this month and the only good thing I have to say is that the woman in appliances that helped us with the washer and dryer was very nice and honest....attached are pic of the busted up wet concrete that 1/4 thick and 2 months old thanks home depot!

This store has absolutely outstanding customer service.Real people answer the phone when you call in for questions on products and if they were in stock. The employee actually took the time to go to the aisle and check and then told me what aisle number it was in.Thank you!

Home Depot always has the stuff I need for the job and great tools at good prices. Staff are always helpful when looking for or moving items around.

They usually have what we need for what we are working on & obtain several ideas for future projects.

The Home Depot was really crowded. We went on a Sunday after church time. I think that is why it was so busy. I took off two stars because we were in a aisle soon to be closed off. There were 2 employees in this little half aisle, we couldn’t get any help from either employee. They said “I don’t know “ when we asked where a garden tool was. We kept looking in this little half aisle and eventually we found it. So I took off 2 stars for the lack of help.

I could nt get a person their to help me when i purchase a ladder today. I mean i could have layed down in floor and dropped dead and they would have stepped over my body thats how bad they gotten their at home depot.

All of theyre spray paint is wiped out.

So they didnt have the paint swatches I needed. I bought the accent color I needed. When I got it home the color did not work. When I called and talked to someone in the paint department they said I could exchange it for a color with the same base. When I got to the paint counter. Melissa told me tinted paint is non-returnable. If thats the policy maybe they should tell people when they buy it. I also told her I had just spoken to someone about exchanged it and they said as long as the base was the same it was fine. She said she was a manager and would not honor that.

Store is terrible half of their employees dont have a clue as to what they are even doing I ordered a storm door over 6 weeks ago it had to come in I have been called twice to set up a time to put the door on and on the day they are supposed to be here to put it on they call and say they have the wrong door I wouldnt suggest this store to anybody

Signs all over the place telling you theyre wearing masks to help protect customers! Out of six people working in customer service one person had their masks on everybody else had them under their chin. This helps and nobody! Will not ever be back there!

I normally go to Lowes. So the layout doesnt make any sense to me. But they were friendly for the most part. The tools seemed scattered through the whole store. I think they could learn a lot from the people who lay out Rural King stores. Id rather not spend all day searching.

Love Home Depot but this location is by far one of the worst I have ever been too. Though after the first experience of waiting for someone to help us in blinds for over 45 min and then still no one having answers to our questions was just a bad day. Until we went again and found a doormat we really wanted. It was the last one and without a tag, after 20 min at checkout with no one being able to find the price we had to leave without. Doesn’t make sense we have to leave without a mat because they can’t figure out.

Employees are getting Lazy! You ask a question and they send you on a wild goose chase! Customer service & training is lacking. Purchased a chain saw employee has to get from above he pushed it to edge for ME to reach above me to get down!! They dont care anymore!!

Never never never will I order appliances again! This has been the biggest nightmare. My washer & Dryer was delivered to the billing address and my refrigerator and stove can not be delivered since the gentleman who kindly placed my order put Ave instead of Street. This supposedly is not able to be corrected!! They have to completely cancel the order and re-order which pushes the delivery date back out by 2 weeks. My original order was placed on 10/04/2020 delivery date of 10/16/2020. Beyond done with Home Depot!

Found what i needed and a good price to.

I needed to replace a 20+ year old roller shade. Home Depot had a variety of types. Christy at Home Depot helped me find the exact replacement, AND she cut it to the perfect size at no extra charge. The hanging hardware is sold separately, but my current hardware still worked. I purchased a separate pull handle that fits the bottom of the blind, too, which feels sturdy as I pull the shade down. Reasonably priced for all.

It is what it is... High end selection is usually special order. The staff was pleasant (when you could find some one). 2 items were mismarked (shelf had a lower price than the computer) and they did honor the shelf price.

What can i say other than i love this place

Avoid their credit card at all costs!Still waiting after 3 months for the washer/dryer to be refunded to my credit card. Was told by Margo at Hamilton Home Depot that it has to arrive at the delivery center in another month (MARCH) before it will be refunded. This was cancelled back in DECEMBER after being told the day before delivery it was backordered 3 months. AND when I get charged a late fee on my card, they told me to just leave it??? NOT helpful AT ALL and not professional. Hung up on me and kept forwarding me person to person. I am a very patient person and kind but this was ridiculous.

No reason to believe there price match guarantee.
