Employees more focused with moving merchandise than assisting, or even greeting, customers. I was the first customer in the store at opening with 4 employees. Not one single acknowledgment in over in 40 minutes of shopping. Sad.

Always have great deals when we go. If you cant find it at this store then you dont really need it in my opinion. Cashiers and staff are really nice and always have a smile on their faces. Cashiers always help us when we go in and have any troubles bringing up the newest coupons on our phone - they already know of the coupon and just give the 30 % or 40 % off a single item or what have you. Lines move quickly and they typically have at the very very least, two cashiers. When they are slammed they have upwards of three to four cashiers manning the registers. The store itself is extremely clean and floors look like you could practically eat off them - and no you definitely should not attempt to eat off of them lol. Restrooms are pretty clean as well. No foul odors or anything like that and look maintained to say the least.As stated earlier this store is always having sales and the items in the store that they are allowed to control the price on are always priced fairly. The only one I found that they wont allow use of coupons on is the Cricut brand items (any and all bearing the name Cricut) which is out of the stores control as Cricut will not allow them to do so.

On my visit today, the store was very organized even though Christmas clearance was going on. Very helpful employees asking to check for discounted prices. They were working hard re-organizing but still took the time to ask if I and other shoppers needed help.

Michaels is my first choice when I need art or craft supplies because the prices are good and their sales and rewards are fantastic!!

This is my favorite hobby place aside from Hobby Lobby and I come here for all sorts of crafts involving wood, paper, paint, string, etc

Basic go to super center for craft and art supplies. Variations between hobby options are great! Could benefit from more knowledgeable staff but curbside pick-up is great and their website is pretty accurate. Its my go-to or browsing and my art, also surprisingly good at providing gifts for others, especially DIY gifts.

I needed a special glass for a frame and the lady in the framing department was so nice and very helpful and discounted everything because I bought the frame from them it was much cheaper than when I went to hobby lobby and the service was so much better I would definitely go back there to have something framed thanks michaels!

A great place to find crafting supplies, but, I think because of the pandemic, as people are doing as lot at home, the shelves may be be a bit light on what you may need.

There are less employees now, it really puts a burden on all the employees that remains in store to be helpful to customers that need help. The remaining employees are really working hard to assist everyone. Please be kind to them, they also have families they have to get back home to.

It is what it is and frankly it could be significantly worse before I shopped at the unsavory Hobby Lobby. I dont care for antiquities smugglers, nor their pious businesses.

I can always navigate through and find what I need for any of my projects. Lets be honest, we stroll through and look at everything because we start seeing other things to inspire us to be even more creative. Gotta love the craft stores.

I dont know to many arts and crafts stores but I do like coming here. Been wanting to get back into drawing so I got some good sketch pencils and a drawing pad here. Overall this place has a nice selection of things to get. From cheap to pretty expensive items.

Called and was told they were closed except for online pickup and that they closed at six. I said thanks and spent a few minutes finding what I needed online then arrived about an hour later to pick up the two items I needed. I pressed the button and a woman came out. She then went back in, I assumed to get my two items totaling ten bucks. She came back out and said they weren’t ready. Why would the person in the phone not tell me they were backed up. Thanks for wasting my time you losers!!!!!!!!!

There is s huge selection of nicely organized crafts, decorations, school supplies, jewelry, magnets and fall decorations for great prices and a sale on top of that. The staff are extremely friendly and helped us find our specific needs and check us out looking for coupons for us.

Prices are decent and everything is always super cute/useful. One criticism: in the thousands of trips I have made to this location, I have never been offered any kind of help finding things. Even when it was abundantly obvious that I needed help and staff members were mere feet away, I was ignored.

Always love this store, but I recently found that their stock of yarn leaves a bit to be desired. I wish they carried a little bit more color options so I wouldnt have to drive 15-20mins away to get what I need to work a project - thus the reason for my 4 stars. Regardless, this Michaels is clean, centrally located, and the customer service has always been great!

They actually had Halloween crafts stuff, unlike Hobby Lobby that said they didnt send us any because it didnt sell well last year.

Well they had a large assortment of items and different crafting items but they didnt have the item I was looking for unfortunately and I did find the store a little hard to navigate. It wasnt an unpleasant experience just a bit disappointing.

Love this place since its about the only place around to get a lot of the art supplies I use and can only otherwise be found online. Its pretty sweet but you can easily drop an assload of cash.Biggest plus you can totally avoid going to the publicly super homophobic retailer Hobby Lobby. Michaels is a lot of like Hobby Lobby, but nicer.

The have a limited selection of supplies. Its hard to find good fine art supplies but the have an affordable store brand and there canvasses are well priced. The costumer service is great.

Clean and organized at all.times, but sometimes things dont ring up exactly the sale price advertised. Highly recommend for school projects, home decor or any other craft and baking needs!

Michaels is a paradise made of things you really want. Theres no such thing as coming out of this store empty-handed. Some like to compare this to the nearby Hobby Lobby, but Michaels has normal receipts that make life much simpler. Plus they have way more stuff!

This Michaels has really great frame and wedding selections. The wedding area had the cute instant picture camera that are great for wedding photo booths or as a gift.
