If you want to be lied to, receive terrible service, no responsiblity for a brand new machine that drove off the lot broken, then go ahead and do business here.I would absolutely not recommend doing business with these guys. Save yourself a massive headache and take your money elsewhere.This place has been the worst, and if we talked to more people before making a purchase we would have known better and gone elsewhere. Seriously, these people are horrible.Somehow a part that was on back order one day not due to arrive for a while, was then replaced the next day. The issue is back and now we find out they did a fix we werent aware of, sure seems like the part was probably never replaced to begin with. So buyer beware!!! Dont go here!!!

I was looking for a recreational vehicle but really needed a machine to clear snow and couldn’t wait for a special ordered plowing machine. I worked with Ben and he was very helpful getting me everything I needed, including a new Can Am Defender with all the accessories I needed to clear snow. The whole team was great! The machine is a lot of fun and very useful. It was all set up when it was delivered and I’ve been driving it daily since received. Also, kudos to the shop and to Troy who brought it out to my home. Thanks to everyone at MPS Hamilton.

Was really disappointed to pick up a front tire after having just the tube replaced. $94.00. I take responsibility for not asking but I have had tunes done in missoula for less than 40.00. On the invoice the tube was 13.00 the rest was labor??

Have worked with these folks for years and get screwed each year. Only game in town, so they do not care. Buy and service somewhere else. Suppose to have my 4 wheeler done tomorrow after a week later. Guess I will see what they say this time. Gets old, friends are buying in Idaho and having services in other towns in Montana. Beware! Now they are changing there name.

These guys have great service, honest and have been very helpful with accessories. They have improved their customer service immensely over the past month or two.

Ive have had quite abit of experience with Montana Power Products over the last 10 years. I have bought 2 new motorcycles from them. They are probably the best place to buy a new motorcycle, their prices are hard to beat. But their customers service is terrible! After you buy something from them they treat you like they dont really care about you. They just want to make a sale and be done with you. I know im not the only one that has had this problem a few of my friends and family member as well have had the same problem.

Spoke with Greg on the phone and he was exceptionally helpful! He took the time to make my inquiry his personal responsibility and resolved it.

Worst dealership I’ve dealt with. Was looking to buy a snowmobile and couldn’t get a straight answer from the salesman. Waited for the manager to call me back after leaving multiple messages over a span of seven days. The salesman ended up calling back to see if the manager ever got back to me but I decided to buy somewhere else. If they won’t even call a customer back who is looking to buy a sled with cash then I don’t want anything to do with them. Prices are good but their service is terrible.

I was looking to buy a Defender with a cab for winter and did some checking and found one in Hamilton. The website was easy to find and look through inventory and Tony was great to work with. When we got to Hamilton we were treated great and they made everything very easy. Its a 5 hour drive one way for us and I would do it again if we needed anything else.

Although this review is a year late.... $400 later and my kids atv still doesn’t work. Hopefully the service staff has changed since then. They do have a really nice selection of new sleds and atv’s.

I bought a new Polaris Sportsman Touring 850 sp. After my purchase I and my girlfriend took a short ride when the shock being a factory fix began to leak. I took my new toy back to the shop to have it repaired. It took two weeks for the fix with no updates and my first payment was due before I even had a chance to ride it. I called down to see if it was finished and the mechanic proceeded to curse at me. I feel you should have a diffrent experience when buying a new toy. I and many friends have used you for years but you will no longer recieve my bussines. You should teach better customer employee practices. I also called the main shop to speak to the owner with no return call.
