They are supposed to be locally owned, but clearly do not care for our community.Service has been mediocre every time, but now they are not even wearing masks during a pandemic - at this stage there is no way one could claim ignorance about the need for one and the protection and benefit provided to the community by using one.Edit to respond:You do not have numerous safety measures in place. Not a single employee was wearing a mask or other face covering. There were no dividers at the counter separating customers and employees. There was no distancing occurring. You have failed at the most basic level of pandemic health and safety protocols, so I am not sure what safety measures you are referring to in your response.Additionally, after thanking another store for wearing masks and doing their part to protect our community, and mentioning your store as the antithetical example, the local word is that your store has even lost employees because the management was not supportive of requiring masks to maintain a safe work environment.Maybe corporate guidelines are different than my experience, but application of basic health hygeine at a store level is non-existant and an embarrassment.

Pulled up my check engine light, o2 sensors, kind and friendly staff explained them to me.

Knowledgeable, lots of inventory, polite, fast.

Carquest Auto Parts is an excellent place to go when you need parts and even minor Services which they dont charge for I sent my mom to this auto parts store she needed a blinker changed and he made sure that it was the same color as the other three he worked on it for a little bit because it wasnt in good condition but he got it working and he didnt charge anything for his Services other than the part itself highly highly highly recommended:-):-):-)

A shipment damaged and they returned it back and I called them and told them to cancel it the same day and they still tried billing me for it even though they said to call them and let them know first
