Wow... This place is EXPENSIVE for fabric. Hobby Lobby has better pricing. Obviously, here has a bigger selection but the pricing is just crazy. Be sure to have coupons on hand!

Every single time I come in this store I have problems! Today I decided to try it AGAIN & I shouldn’t have. I asked an associate for help she looked my husband & I up & down as if we weren’t to be in their store. Then come time to check out I was in the process of speaking when the associate working cut me off to say something that did not have anything to do with what I was trying to ask. I wanted to request a price match due to their site saying on thing & in store saying something else. Long story short be careful walking into this store if you are not one of them as they make it known they do not care to be disrespectful & rude on any occasion of those outside of them! RUDE associates need a different job if they do not know how to give amazing customer service!

Too many choices for an indecisive person

Wanted to purchase Casa rose gold sequin fabric that was in the clearance. It was regular price $29.99, but had a purple clearance sticker which indicated additional 60% off.At the cutting table, the young lady said, the price was $22.49 per yard. I mentioned the clearance sticker.She spoke to her manager, the manager would not honor the clearance purple sticker. Saying that it was marked incorrectly.Even if it was marked incorrectly, it still should have been honored to the customer.

As an avid blanket knitter (especially with a grand baby on the way), Joann’s has quickly become the store I frequent most often. Fabrics, tools, buttons, you name it, they have it for you!

I had an online order curbside pickup. When I got there I let them know where I was parked at and they brought my stuff out quickly.

I got there a little bit before they were closing so I really couldnt find what I needed and ended up getting the wrong thing...but Ill use it on something else later. I was in a bit of a hurry and knew what it was that I wanted, I just couldnt find it.. Then, when I got up to the line I was having trouble pulling up my Joann app and the cashier acted like she was a bit inpatient with me so I didnt get to use my coupon or scan my rewards code .Honestly due to the fact that I was in a hurry and trying to get in and out as soon as possible was why things were going the way they went... Thats just how my luck runs sometimes... I still recommend shoppers to shop there, and I will be back as well...I just had a bad day... Joanns is a great store.

Got amazing storage crates for shelving

I came in today to get a zipper replaced and being a guy not sure how to proceed. Your associate took up my problem and spent the better of a half hour searching the store and system for something that would work then when she found something tried herself to replace the zipper. Incredibly by the end of all this it turned out the original zipper had migrated to the top and was hidden under a flap and wasnt gone at all. I must say the associate was not clusters as bit and we laughed and joked about the whole thing. You are blessed to have such a wonderful employee such as this. THANK YOU Joann Fabrics!!

This is a fairly new store. Its nice, clean and organized. The employees are very kind. I love coming here for all crafting items. Their fabric selection is the most extensive around. They have a great app that has coupons with it.

Selections were good, but the staff helping cut fabrics were very crabby! They looked like they would rather be ringing the Salvation Army bell than what they were doing. However, the cashier at the front of the store was very cheerful.

I was looking for a free form sewing machine foot and I was surprised they didnt have any. In fact, the machine foot selection was pretty sparse in general. 🙁

Had a terrible experience. When me and my mother went in there was maybe 3 or 4 other guests. We werent really looking for anything in particular so we didnt ask for help, but no one asked if we were alright or if we needed help. We passed by a few employees but no one said hello or even gave a smile. Store had a small but nice selection of things. When we were about to check out that was when it got bad. There was only one cashier checking out some guests and no one else was in line. We could tell right away that the guests the cashier was ringing out was having problems with a coupon. We waited in line for about 5 minutes which we didnt mind, but then two other guests got to the time, so you could clearly see that the line was starting to form but not once did the cashier ask for help. We waited in line for maybe another 10 minutes until the cashier called her manager to help her with the coupon the guest was trying to use. We were pretty frustrated at this point but we still waited patiently. In the end, the manager and the cashier were still fumbling around with the guest and the coupon for a while. Not once did another person offer to ring out or did anyone ask for help. We ended up leaving empty-handed. Was expecting better from a new store.

Really good place for crafting needs. Its a new store so definitely looks fantastic. There is a huge selection of almost everything. Has a big selection for cricut stuff. Staff was very friendly. Only problem I saw was there were not many employees so if you have question you will have to track down an employee to help for us we had to walk all the way back to front register. But convenience of physically checking items before buying is the thing we prefer over shopping online.

Its nice, good sales, but something is missing...maybe a warmer lighting or home scent while shopping. Personal opinion of course. Like a nook hobby lobby

Today I called them because I had ordered fsbri online but it wasnt quite right. The woman looked for the brand and found the 2 fabrics that looked the same online and compared the #s for me. She was super nice and went out of her way to help. I like Josnns befor . But curb service and customer service in these crazy times is priceless. Thank you!
