Nice auction but jeepers! For how much the buyers fees are right now you would think they would provide free water considering how hot of a summer we have had. They cheap here!

Not the best communication. Security guard enabling me to leave was NOT wearing a mask, sounded hoarse and possibly sick. Also was NOT 6 feet away from me when speaking at me without a mask on.

Blatantly rude with an obvious disregard for safety

This auction is a sinking ship. Whoever management is should be ashamed of themselves. Employees working the lot are rude and try to bully dealers who are there to make a living. The procedure to just enter the lot is starting to get annoying and security treat you like you’re entering their prison camp.

Probably the worst auction in the United States. I’ve never been to a more unorganized, unprofessional dump in my life. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

First of all people need to realize you cant judge an auction on one car when they have 2500 going through in a week, second there not there cars- they are a place for dealers and loan companies to sell there cars. You can drive them the day before. There pretty prompt and my things have always been right and I have worked for many dealers and dealt with them ALOT. So if your to dumb to do your do diligent than dont blame them.I love you ladies there and keep up the hard work.

I show up to pick up a car at 9am on Sunday since I checked the hours online and it clearly said 9am-3pm Gate access. I drive 2 hours from Columbus in my tow truck to pick up 3 vehicles and no one is here. You can clearly see a brand new sign they just slapped at the gate saying closed Sunday. How hard is it to update your hours online too, just as you slapped a new sign. Do you have any idea how much of an inconvenience of time and money you cost me???? There is also a guy at the gate that drove from Chicago to pick up a car and he’s furious. What a shame and disappointment.

Worst place I ever been to in my Life

Pretty disappointed with this location. I will admit we stupidly forgot about the time difference in flying in from Denver to drive a car back. But when we called the security people were completely unwilling to help and made us wait until Monday to pick it up

The lady through redemption was nice and let me get my car 35 mins after my appointment. But they charge outrageous prices for a car they were never supposed to move. Just spent 7 hours of my day getting my stuff and my car.. Smh

Overall great auction. Just wished lanes didnt completely change location every week.

As an auto carrier whos time is money when picking up vehicles! This place was a nightmare! Walking a mile to locate customer car with no help but pointing at a map in the gate pass house and saying there somewhere over in this area! Horrible 93° walking around for an hour looking for car a mile away from your hauler! Never ever again will I haul out of a self serve aution location again! Expecailly a Manheim facility!

Very Crooked Auction. Forced me to pay for a PSI or was told vehicle would not be checked out the same way without one. Then stuck with me a vehicle that had major issues. Took 7 days and cost me $500 in parts to prove that indeed the Vehicle had major issues. Very Crooked Auction

The only reason this place gets two stars outta me is because the staff I deal with is friendly. If it wasnt for them, I would be giving them one star because the disorganized mess they have here is beyond belief. I have no idea how they can keep accurate inventory records here because every time I come, I spend hours looking for cars. The ticket says its in one row, but its really in another row. I have even had instances where we never found the car and I just gave up, called the customer and said let me know if they find it because I gotta go. The place is huge (but not as big as the Columbus location that has shuttles and is very organized), so its takes alot of hiking around to find a misplaced car here. As a hauler, this costs me time (aka money). Unfortunately, Im at the point of telling my customers to buy elsewhere. If they would get their act together, they could do great but whoever is running the lot is a nincompoop.

Very bad customer service, I purchase a truck and requested PSI, it failed PSI and they stated that I agree on purchase the vehicle without been notified, their excuse is, we dont have a team that is currently working on arbitration, and nobody can help me.
