Very happy with my new carpet! I purchased a really nice, thick carpet for my bedrooms. Danny was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. He helped me select a high quality carpet and gave it to me for a very reasonable price. He was so easy to work with and I felt valued as a customer. The install was great as well. Nick did a fantastic job! I will definitely be using Georgia Direct again for my next flooring project.

I purchased carpet from this place and they installed. The install was horrible and the seams were very visible. The carpet has not lasted and we are in the process of replacing. I would not purchase here again.

The quality of the carpet install was amazing. Alex, the installer, did a fantastic job and completed the rooms quickly. If I could rate Alex, Id give 5 stars.The reason for only a 2-star rating is due to my experience with Tim, the sales guy. The scheduling kept changing and he would call me every 2 hours saying theyll be there soon...theyll be there soon. Long story short, the install team was supposed to be there at 8:30am. Tim did not communicate this with them, and double booked installs. After being given the runaround for 9 hours (yes, 9 hours!), he finally sent them over at 5:30pm to complete the install.This was not Alexs fault. Tim is the one in charge of scheduling and I was very disappointed in how he spoke to me over the phone and was not understanding about the inconvenience.

Wow! What a pleasant experience. I have been in the rental business for decades so I have loads of carpet buying experience. These folks just completed an install in my personal residence and I am absolutely satisfied. The price was great, the process couldnt have been better, the timing and install were fantastic. Going forward, these folks will always get first dibs.

I cant say much about the staff other than theyre not too concerned with their customers, otherwise theyd update the store hours on their website and front door. Website and door said they were open until 7. I got there a little before 6 and they were closed. Drove all the way across town to do business with a local store instead of the big stores. Now I see why people go to the big stores; its much easier to deal with them. No big deal, I went to Lowes and spent $2200 on carpet. Lowes says thanks!

Don’t buy from this rip off store! I bought one of the most expensive carpets in the store and had nothing but trouble with this store from beginning to end. The carpet is 2 years old and is buckling all over, you can’t get it clean no matter how you clean it and it snags for no reason. I bought this because it was beautiful and it had a 20 year warranty. When I went to the store to complain I was told it was probably because I hadn’t had it professionally cleaned, when I bought it no one told me it had to be professionally cleaned but that someone would come out the following week to see it, but I never heard anything from them again and that was when the carpet was a year and a half old. It’s so bad now we are going to have to get new after 2 years.BUYER BEWARE!
