This us by far the best place to get back to school supplies. This is the second year we have shopped there for back to school supplies and we are in and out in 30 minutes even on tax-free weekend. They even have the elusive orange plastics three pronged teo pocket folder. The staff is helpful when looking for the specifics multi media art sketch pad. They are amazing. Plus, no fighting the frenzy of other parents and students frantic with their school lists. They also have great items for college, such as printers, computer monitors, land line phones, poster boards, and all you can imagine! Thank you Staples! A special shout out to the young man who went scouring in the back for a different colored calculator, as my daughter did not want pink.

Place my order for my relatives 50th wedding anniversary, yesterday about 6pm. Next day pickup is what I paid for. I arrived about 5pm and it was not ready, because the individual from the early shift didnt know how to operate the printings machinery. So the individual told me it would be ready in a half an hour. I said okay. I will come back,and she stated I will call you. An hour goes pass no phone call, so I go back the banner need garment,and she wait on a lady with no mask. The ignore me and wait on someone else, not consider they are on my time. Its almost 7pm and Im still waiting. Covid is going on and they dont care.

The newer copy girl is way too rude for me to return to this location... Sad the other girl had to leave she was so kind and helpful.

Attentive and friendly customer service.I needed a new printer and Jason was a big help, advising me on the differences among models and other details.I bought a printer with a 4 year warranty plan, so we had coverage on another duplicate model or the money could apply to a different model, if we have any malfunction in the next 4 years. Im a Rewards member too.Jason answered my questions / rang up the sale / and offered to carry the printer out to the car, if I needed any help.Its a great experience buying from a store that knows the benefits of customer service. I highly recommend working with Jason at Staples in Fairfield, OH.

Just in for few minutes to grab a prepaid order of printed material. It is not ok to be ridiculed for not having a mask by employees who are adjusting their mask, talking on phones, touching their face etc. there are no signs posted that mask are required. I’ll find another place to purchase any future items.

Went in for a desk chair. Travis helped us, they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock, he ordered it online, very easy process, great customer service.

Have had issues with prints with the store in the past but this latest trip takes the cake. Opening my prints to find they were all upsidedown and half off the page. Will not be returning so disgusted wont even go back for a refund.

This place to will be out of business soon. Horrible service and high prices. If you run a business you’re better off picking any other office supply company than Staples. They close early, open late, and don’t even post their hours on the door. If you need a basic office supply it’s half the price at Walmart same exact item.

I used the pick up in 1 hour feature. I waited two hours to get my order. When I went to pick it up it wasnt ready. They said their scanners dont alert them when there is an order to be picked. Not my problem. Dont offer this if you cant deliver

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! I have given this store way too much of my business. The Assistant Manager Steve and the older lady Donna who work there have been unfriendly on several occasions - today was the worst ever! When I questioned Staples policies about an exchange I was making (and I was spending more money in the end) they were totally helpless to do anything for me because of Staples computer system. Steve raised his voice at me several times and made a big scene in front of all the other customers, the more questions I asked the more agitated he became, slamming things around and giving me multiple excuses. I also mentioned that it was odd to me that Staples sells technology but their computer systems are so archaic that they limit their workers, even managers ability to make good customer service decisions by being able to use their brains or courtesy skills instead of depending so much on the computer system. He said I was insulting him .... What? Then he became super sassy and defensive. I am stunned with how badly this transaction went. Their lack of customer service skills in finding a way around the problems lead to the loss of a very loyal customer. In the end, I cancelled my entire transaction ($139 in ink) and left - I will be taking my business to Best Buy (in the same plaza) from now on - they have always given me great customer service at Best Buy. I was frustrated with Staples policies, but a good manager will find ways around that to keep a customer - in the end it was terrible customer service that lost my business.

They have everything I need, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Copy and Print employees will help you figure out what ur wanting or what works best for you.

Im there all of the time! I have things printed, and their tech guy Keith is amazing! Hes always helpful, and he never seems to busy to answer all of my questions.I drive right past 2 office depots and the springdale staples to go to bridgewater falls Staples just because of their customer service. Thanks to everyone for what you do!

Pitiful. The item I wanted they did not have at Bridgewater. The employee checked the computer and they have 16 at the Colerain store, but will not send to me, also will not send to store closest to me; I must drive to Colerain myself. Odd way to run a business, customer wants item, store cannot get item for customer ?????????? Pitiful.

I ordered some engineering prints. I received an email on Sat. Afternoon that they were ready. When I went to pick them up Sunday afternoon they were printed as posters- i didnt want them printed as posters but needed u coated paper -which is what engineering prints are printed on. The young lady helping me was very nice but did not read the order correctly. She said I did not order the right- I should have ordered engineering prints- I said I dont did- I said check out the price - thats engineering print price. Oh- now she sees it! One was supposed to be in B/w and one in color. She reprinted them all in b/w and the black was all streaked like it was running out of ink. I brought this to her attention. already there 15 mins. - for the next 20 mins she proceeded to help everyone who came in after us. 30 mins in - still no prints. I told her I had to go- to please send the order to the tri-county store as they printed them correctly the first time. She didnt say Im sorry, kiss my foot- nothing. Very very poor customer service. No back up and one cashier line was 10 deep. This store is much closer(20 mins) from my home but I will drive further (30 mins) to get what I need from now on.

Bad customer service, representative left me to help other people which extended my experience by about 15 minutes then didnt even get the right color ink for me I wanted red but black was already chosen for me without me getting to decide and he overall ruined my experience for me
