I was shopping for jewelry to signify my 20th wedding anniversary and was pleasantly surprised with attentiveness of the consultant. Also store had very good variety on sale. Ive enjoyed every minute out of an hour in the store and walked away exsactly with jewel I had in mind.
Was very nice. Very helpful.. Got my order ordered! Cant wait to receive it.
Just got off the phone with the assistant manager Joseph who helped work me through and online sale with their Kay credit system. Joseph was great and solved my problem quickly! Cant wait to see the rings! Store: 2704
I wanted to buy some diamond earrings today so I stopped at my local Kay. Big mistake. Do I call and make an appointment, do I shop on the door while I wait, do I knock for service? Either way no clear direction on the door. Too much going on and the people inside didn’t even think to acknowledge me. Regardless you lost my business today and forever. Not the first time the service at this location has been terrible. Definitely the last chance they get from me. Don’t shop at this store location if you are looking for good service.
Absolutely amazing! They worked with me to get what I was happy with and what I could afford. They werent pushy. It was my first time at a jewelry store and they made it a great experience!Only downfall is that they never answer the phome!!
Absolutely a wonderful experience with Kays Jewelers.Karla was absolutely wonderful in helping me to check out what I needed. Very friendly and also very professional, at the same time. Shes a great asset to this company. And without any doubt whatsoever in my mind, when I need to purchase any more jewelry, I will come to this location. Thanks Kay Jewelers you have made my day.
I was late on getting my ring inspected for my warranty because of Covid. Keith(?) went above and beyond to ensure i got my ring cleaned/inspected when I unexpectedly stopped in without an appointment, so that I didn’t have to come back. He also made sure that my ring’s warranty was reinstated! He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions patiently. He has excellent customer service! I normally go to a different location, but because of him I’ll always return to Bridgewater.
I went in with my fiancée to get the engagement ring I bought from them resized. The service lady was thoroughly rude and condescending throughout dealing with us. Both of us left the store aggravated by the experience, to say the least. Well steer clear of Kay for our upcoming jewelry purchases as a result.
Service is very personalized, sales lady was attentive, despite not being able to easily find account number for ring inspection. Very clean overall highly recommend this location.
Joe was so helpful. His personality is amazing so relatable! Thank you for all your help!!
The workers were so friendly and helpful when I went in to get my necklace repaired! They weren’t able to fix it so they gave me a brand new replacement and I was so grateful!! Definitely will be returning for future jewelry purchases.
I called here multiple times in morning and afternoon trying to get ahold of someone to get a ring size from my wifes ring I got here a year ago. Couldnt get ahold of them they wouldnt answer so went there and of course on lunch. Kept calling for days and never answered so finally just had to order a ring for her birthday and get it resized later which ruined it. To have wrong size ring, useless employees.
We went over today to buy 2 wedding rings and our sales person was very nice and helpful and she wasnt pushy and listenend to what we wanted,,, we ill be back and tell all of our friends about this store
I called Kay since they are the closest jeweler to me. My wedding ring got caught on a door handle and it twisted and broke the ring. After explaining this to Kay, they tell me to bring it in. What do I find? The doors locked and a sign saying no repairs now due to covid. BS. They couldn’t tell me that on the phone? I wouldn’t buy anything from this place. Disrespectful of my time.
I’ve tried multiple times to bring jewelry in to be inspected. Once at 4 pm and doors were locked with a sign saying out to lunch back at 3. Two other times, now third time I come between 6:30 and 7 and again doors locked and people inside. I’ve been a customer for 25 years and this is the last of it. I’m sure they won’t honor their lifetime anything because I couldn’t have things inspected when they have locked doors. Don’t buy anything here
Took several pieces of jewelry to Kay Jewelers to get re-sized and repairs. My ruby ring was in the shop twice for stones falling out. They were suppose to tighten all the prongs and yet another stone fell out. They wouldnt warranty it because they said it wasnt the same stone (even though their job was to tighten ALL the prongs so it wouldnt happen again). I also had a bracelet in for a stone replacement. They told me the bracelet needed more work and gave me a price that was MORE than the value of the entire bracelet. The manager discounted the price, so I had them do all the work. One week after picking it up, the bracelet broke in the middle and I lost it. When we found it, I took it back to the store and yet again, they wouldnt warranty it because they said it wasnt part of the original work. My point is...not only are the repairs overpriced, they are not done correctly....and they will find a reason to not warranty the work! I would never take my good jewelry there again....and will never buy another piece of jewelry from them again.
After 3 stores and months of searching, I finally found a wedding band. My engagement ring was purchased from Jared by the Dayton Mall (DONT EVER GO THERE). My fiancé and I were told that there was never a band to go with my ring. Jared only showed me what they had in store and tried to get me to customize a band, which is EXPENSIVE. I have been there multiple times to get my ring fixed and I have only had it for a year. WELL 8/18 was the best day EVER! I walk in, the employees showed me everything they had and I explained to them what I had been through. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND THE BAND BASED OFF MY SKU NUMBER... Now please ask me why Jared didnt do that and Kay Jewelers does not sell vera wang, but Jared does? So needless to say, Kay Jewelers in Bridgewater will now be my go to jewelry store. THANK YOU TO THE KIND EMPLOYEES WHO SPENT AN HOUR WITH ME!!! I have now eliminated that stress!
Haven’t gotten my engagement ring back yet, week late, just now stood out in the rain and cold with another lady wanting the exact same issue as me was there b4 I got there mind you and they ignore us both! Had more than 6 ppl in sore as sign says no more than 6 and I tried to call just to be hung up on...really
I will NEVER shop at Kay Jewelers ever again. We bought our wedding bands almost exactly one week before they closed the stores due to COVID. I get it, things were crazy. I tried contacting customer service twice during the lock down to see if our wedding bands could be shipped to us. The answer I got was no, because they supposedly were locked up in the store. So the end of May comes around and they finally open the store. When I first got in contact with someone, I was told that they couldnt find our rings and that someone was going to get back with me. No one got back in touch with me. I went to the store physically and the person helping me out told me that because the store was closed, no one was there to pick up the rings and they were sent back to the factory. So they put in an order and they say that itll take a week but I would be able to come pick it up. Great, no big deal. Im chill, I understand its a pandemic, things were crazy. BUT WAIT. It gets better! So I go to pick up our rings and the lady hands me mine. All is fine and she then tells me to have a nice day, without giving me Austins band. So I explain to her that we have another band that we purchased. She goes through her system and says the ring was a special ordered item, and for some reason, even though we bought it in the store, the item was never placed to order through the third party. So they had to go in and place the order, and the ring would be at the store for pick up in a week and a half. At that time, she also tells me that I need to bring in the ring that I left the store with. Im a little taken aback because no one ever told us that we needed to leave the store with a ring, no one handed us a ring when we bought them, and we certainly didnt leave the store with a ring on the day of purchase. And I explained that and she said she would look into it. (Spoiler alert: She didnt look into it).So the time comes for me to go and pick up Austins ring. This is about 3 weeks ago. I get a call from the same lady that was helping me before. She tells me that Austins ring is ready for pick up and that all I have to do is bring in the other ring. And I explain to her AGAIN that no one gave us a ring at purchase. So she told me that I couldnt get Austins ring, unless I brought in the other ring. A lot of words were said in that conversation but it ended with her (supposedly) getting in touch with the company that mans their security cameras to prove that we didnt leave with the ring. Over the past few weeks, I had called so many times my iphone cant count them to see when the video footage would prove our case. There were so many times my call didnt go through, someone would tell me they would call me back and they never did, and times when someone said that they were still waiting to hear back. Finally, I had had it. I called the store on Monday and the store manager got an attitude with me because I asked for an estimated time of when the footage would prove our innocence. Her exact wording was I can call them, but youre probably not going to get an answer. So she hangs up. She calls me back about half an hour later saying she got in touch with the district manager and they are going to give me the ring without the ring we supposedly left the store with and then began to lecture me about how we should have known to leave the store with the ring since it was a special order item. I didnt care. I went picked up the ring and I was done with the store. Period. So, today I asked Austin if the ring fit. He tries it on and it doesnt fit. Its a size too big and its made of Titanium, which you cant resize because its basically indestructible. Please do yourself a favor and never shop at Kay Jewelers.
Went to get a bridal engagement ring, necklace & earring set. It was is stock & at the listed sale price. The sales lady was VERY helpful. The only issue I had was that the Google maps GPS was wrong. Kay Jewelers is right in between Message Envy & Panera Bread, so pay no attention to the directions Google maps gives you once you get to the shopping center, because Google maps will cause you to drive right past the place.
Terrible Customer Service and horrible experience.
Great women
Customer service is horrible at this location.
Went in to have two rings sized. I havent been able to wear them for quite a while. The service was fantastic. They were back way before they were supposed to be and they are perfect. Thank you vary much.Karen S Bennett
Alwyas a quick and easy trip. My wife and I went for a routine ckeabing/inspection for our ring warranty and they noticed a loose diamond. They had it sent off to be fixed free of charge and the whole ordeal took all of 5 minutes. Great service
I have been happy with all of my purchases so far except the last one it was delayed by two weeks and then when I get the email saying it is ready for pick up they wont bring it outside so I ha e to wait on the THREE people inside plus the two people waiting inline just to pick ups ring I ordered three weeks ago
Always like shopping there
I have never had a problem with repairs or service have bought a lot there...
Very professional and an excellent place to shop
Absolutely great customer care! I was helped by an employee of the name Alyssa. She was extremely helpful considering I had no idea what I was looking for when I came in. Very sweet young lady and will be back.
Great customer service, friendly staff. I went in looking for an item I saw online they didnt have it in the store. She went online herself and found the item and ordered it in. She knew exactly what I wanted, she was knowledgeable and courteous. I spoke with the manager about her and her service. This is a store I would visit again and tell friends and family about.
Twice a year I get my diamond rings checked at Kay Jewelers at Bridgwater Falls to satisfy my diamond guarantee. The sales associates are always helpful, professional, and courteous, and I greatly appreciate their wonderful customer service. If I have any desire or need to buy jewelry, it will definitely be at Kay Jewelers at Bridgwater Falls!
Had my ring sized. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. They need tablets that work so the checkout process doesnt take so long.
Had such a great experience here! Great staff and amazing service! Definitely recommend!
Locked doors before closing time. Missed out on a sale
Brian, Steve and Amber were very helpful! I am not super knowledgeable in the “men’s watch department” but they helped me understand the differences in quality and my significant other loves it!
Horrible horrible service. Good thing for them I cant give negative stars! I took my ring in to replace a diamond that had fallen out. They gave me a price to the missing stone and a price to tighten/replace prongs, I agree to the price. The ring comes back and my bill is $100.00 more than quoted. I get the ring back and it was resized to a size 9.. It was a 7 and suppose to stay a 7! I spoke with 6 people about this including the store manager(shes a real peach, insert sarcasm). They said they would send it back to have it resized back to a 7. They didnt.. It took 3 more phones calls to get them to even send it back! They had this ring for nearly a month and a half! Through the whole process they treated me like it was my fault it was resized. I finally got the ring back. You can see on the band where they screwed up and resized it two sizes twice. The employees were too busy trying on jewelry instead of helping the customers. If youre thinking about taking a piece of jewelry here think twice. Its amateur hour in this joint!
At the bridgewatter falls location Went up to the door it says it was open saw a person working no one came to the door the door was locked and no one would answer the phone I guess they dont want my business
Kay jewlers bridgewater falls location is an absolute joke store management is a joke seriously will never shop here again theres no word do discribe how big a joke the manager and the employees are at this location go elsewhere if your looking for good help and service cant stress it enough!!!!!!
Bought my wife her engagement ring and wedding band, mine as well, they were very helpful with finding the right one
I took my wedding ring in for repair. Twice. A diamond had fallen out. The first time i got it back the diamond was half the size and a different color. Glued in. The second time i took it back the diamond still wasnt touching prongs and smaller. The sales lady was very rude and told me that once the ring was broken that it will never be fixed. The second repair stone fell out and was lost within a day. When i called to tell some one, she hung up on me. I got a refund and will never use kay jeweler again
Always helpful Have been very happy with purchases and service .
Before my husband and I got married he surprised me with a new bridal set. This was in the spring of 2014 (we got married in the fall). He went to the Tri County location where he couldnt express more how the service he got was amazing. He bought a wedding band and a princess cut 3/4th cart diamond 14 cart white gold engament ring.We live closer to the Bridgewater Falls location so he had it delivered there. Once he picked it up, his first expression was how everyone there hated their jobs. Everyone was sad and seemed as if they had better things to do then help him, even though there was no one in the store but him.Let say this was May when we picked it up. By July I had my first visit. I had to send my ring out because one of my prongs had bent. Easily might I add. I took it into the store and a older blonde lady helped me. She was so rude, and insisted that I did this on purpose. Why would I have done this to my engagement ring so close to my wedding.I apologized to her because she made me feel bad. We had it sent out to be cleaned and fixed. She said we would get a call when it came in. 3 weeks later, and no call. I decided to call and the same women tells me they have had my ring for over a week and have been calling everyday since it arrived. We received no calls or voicemail and even checked with them to make sure they had the right numbers, they did. This was just the first time. I then took my ring in September 1st to be cleaned, my wedding day was 3 weeks away, and checked. The diamond was off centered. This was a much younger nicer lady. I expressed how I just had it sent out in July for the prong, and she said who ever inspected it before I got it back didnt do a good enough job. So she promised it would be in before my date and sent it out to be fixed for the 2nd time.Once again. 4 days before my wedding, no call or messages, I call and get the same reaction as first time. Weve called every day and left messages. Weve had it for a few days now. OK. This was a long shot. But I didnt believe this women. 2 times in a row. No.I go in and its the older blonde and a older brunette lady. Both not in good moods, and they didnt even welcome me. They were on computers as I walked to the counter. Then stood til one of them noticed. The brunette asked the blonde to help me.I said I was in for my ring, gave them my yellow slip, she pulled it out in a bag. Opened the bag and handed it to me. Then walked back to her computer. Just like that. I said thanks have a nice night and there was no response.Wow. So in April I had noticed my prong was once again bent. I take it in to be cleaned and fixed. This time I was told if it bends again they will replace the ring itself. Due to the wear on the prong. I get it back in a few weeks. By the way they didnt call. By May I wasnt wearing my ring.Due to how rude they were I didnt want to take my ring back. The diamond was so loose I almost lost it, the prong was bending, what could I have been doing to this ring that I dont even wear to work to make it bend?I dreaded taking my ring in to be fixed because these ladys are so hateful. Not only that I started a new job and my hours made it close to impossible to get there. Same for my husband who works 12 hour shifts.Once I got it there they said I was lieing about them replacing it. I obviously did this myself. Why would I have not brought it in sooner. Same blonde and brunette ladies. I will never go back there. I will make the hour drive to Tri County for now on.Kay at BWF youve lost a customer.
Joe and the staff went above and beyond with my ring purchase and helped me with a watch will always use this store
Horrible customer service. VERY unfriendly staff at this location. I would never buy another peice of jewelry from this place. Not to mention my diamonds have already fallen out twice within a year of getting it!
Brought my watches here to change the battery and the lady screwed up two of them. Hope this place closes down
Staff very friendly and helpful.
I ordered my 30th Anniversary ring from there. They said I would have it in 7-10 days. When it came in it was the wrong size. Then they wanted me to wait 70 more days. They suck!
Havent been to a Kays in at least 43 years and dont know why they asked for a reveiw!Probably because I just drove by!
Terrible customer service in person and over the phone including hanging up. I will not be back.
This isnt kay jewelers. Its just a regular house...
Very rude. Disappointed in their customer service. Will not be back to this location.
