Several years ago we had Robinson install our fence, due to the previous owner supplying a poor map of our sprinkler system(and the company that installed it not paying attention to property lines). When installing the fence a sprinkler line was struck. Robinson repaired the line and then finished installing the fence which has now lasted 5 years and still going strong. 10/10 would recommend
Had to wait awhile but it was worth it. Jason and his crew do first class work. They removed the oldfence for me and the new fence looks great. Very competitive pricing as well. If your not in a hurry I highly recommend ! If a company can do the job right away it’s probably for a reason. I learned that lesson years ago with my first fence. Allow yourself plenty of time and be patient and go with Robinson.
We just had our privacy fence installed today and we couldnt be happier!!!! It looks awesome and will hold up for years to come. Jason and his staff are professional, hard working and fantastic. They also installed a beautiful wrought iron fence around my parents pool a few years ago and it looks amazing. Thank you Jason!!! It truly was a pleasure doing business with you!!! I saw they have 2 bad reviews so I need to set the record straight. I had a great experience with this company. Obviously if they are booked you will be next in line, thats what the complaints are about. I had my fence installed almost 4 years ago. We had 3 companies come out for quotes and Robinson was by far the best price and nicest. All of our neighbors used them, also. It took about a month from the time of the quote until they could come out and start. It took 2-3 days to fully install (the posts have to set). We got the tallest wooden privacy fence we could for our city and it looks beautiful. Weve had zero issues and other neighbors have complimented the fence and wanted to get their own. Keep in mind with any home improvements, if you are hiring someone, youll have a wait. You want them to be booked, because it means they are good and have lots of customers.
We have a huge yard surrounded with split rail fence. We get replacements every year, brought to the house for a FAIR price! We love these guys! Some people you just arent EVER going to make happy. We support our locals!
Don’t waste your time. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to. My husband and I signed papers back in December with this company. All winter I was told “it’s too cold.” I can understand this to a point. Then we were told “it’s too wet” from the spring rain. Again, I understand. We have been MORE than patient and understanding with this company but all they gave us were empty promises and led us on for 5 months. We are so disappointed and will be looking for a more professional company to put in our fence. This company will continue to lead you on and tell you that they’ll be there next week, then when you call to check (because THEY sure won’t call to keep you updated) they’ll tell you “We will be there at the end of NEXT week” and then you call again next week, and the cycle continues. Just a bunch of empty promises with this company. Do yourself a favor and look for a more professional company and save yourself the headache and disappointment.
Same as the last review. Met with Jason last summer, still no fence or communication. My husband left work earlier to meet him at the house again to confirm what we wanted as we knew we were getting closer to an install date, he never showed up or called. The told us they would have it in right around Christmas, then said the first of the year & here we sit on the cusp of February with no Fence.
I had my fence installed 5 years ago and i am so happy with this company. I had an issue with my fence a few month ago and they came out and fixed it .All i have to say is that i am glad i chose Robinson Fence, they are friendly and do a good job. They are very busy, that is true. But Id rather wait for a good company to do a good job than get a company that does a bad job and wont come back when there is a problem with the fence after 5 years.
They went above and beyond to help me replace a couple of fence rails!! Excellent customer service!!
I meant to put this review in during the winter, but am just now getting around to it. We had a gate that needed fixed and wanted to install a new gate also and asked Robinson Fencing if they could help as they installed out original fence a couple years before. This was in May on 2018, and in January on 2019, I finally called a different company who came out and fixed it within 5 weeks. There were various reasons why it was never fixed, but even the customer service was terrible. No one would reach out to me, it was me calling the office every few weeks to find out what was going on. We finally asked if Jason would call us himself and he never did. I would never use this company again, or recommend them to anyone. I am only giving one star because apparently you have to give at least one! They were uncaring, unprofessional and never could get the job done. I love to support small business, but this one is so disorganized it made it impossible to work with them.
Got an estimate from Robinson Fence easy enough, decided to go ahead with them and get the fence installed. I was told it would be about a 3 week wait since it was at the end of winter and thats their busy season. Its been 3 months. It takes 5 days of continuous calling to get someone to answer because they will never call you back. When we do get someone they tell us we are on the schedule and will call us back to get the details because there is only one copy of the schedule in the entire company and thats always with a worker out on a job. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. There is no chance I would dare let them install a fence anymore.
Horrible service, they sent me a quote March 14th and said they were 4-5 weeks behind . Wel here it is, May 18th and not even a phone call to touch up and keep me up to date . I’m sure there is plenty of other companies out there that would APPRECIATE the business . Horrible way to treat your potential customers .
12 weeks later, still no fence. Losing patience.
Still no FenceRobinson fence was quick to come out and give an estimate but thats it Two and a half months later I still have no fence and every time i call its the same old thing your on the schedule or i have to talk with some one and call you back and they never call back tired of getting the run around#ijustneedafence
