I recently purchased a machine of N2fun and had some issues with it. I contacted Mike at N2fun and without hesitation he picked up the phone and solved my issue. Mike was patient and thoroughly explained everything to do with the arcade machine. The machine is nice but the customer service is top notch. If youre in the market for an arcade machine I would purchase through Mike without hesitation. Thanks for all the help.

Ordered this machine from N2FUN talk with Mike about the machine and figured out which version I wanted.The Machine arrived quickly and the packing of the arcade machine was amazing. It came perfect no problems at all and machine was wrapped and strapped to a pallet. Set up was easy and only had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. If you are looking for a machine and I did the research this is the machine you are going to want to look at. If anyone has questions the Staff at N2FUN are enthusiasts as well and will be more than happy to answer any questions you have.

I bought my arcade machine from N2fun. The price was good but this is a true testament of the service! I should have left a great review sooner. Mike went above and beyond for me! Almost 2 years ago, Mike told me when I bought my machine, he would be there to support me. I needed an update today to keep my machine in peak condition and Mike was there. I have had my arcade for almost 2 years now and Mike kept his word when he said he would be available for any customer support I needed! In this day and age, that goes a long way with me. I realized today that Mike and N2fun deserve a great review! I bought my familys standup arcade console from N2Fun this past Christmas. It has been a great experience from the very beginning - great explanation of the product, hassle free shipping, excellent customer support. Most importantly the system is exactly as advertised and even better than we had hoped!

So...you just buy the cabinets from Recroom Masters and put your own graphics on the side and call it your own?? Plus the playfield monitor isnt even 4k? I feel sorry for your customers you are ripping off. And yes, I do have several cabinets from Recroom Masters and have everything you have plus more in mine for less than half the price of what you are charging. What a scam!!!

I did a lot of research on upright arcade and pinball machines. I was beyond lucky when I found N2Fun!Mike really knows his machines and he is always there if you need tech support. The customer support is A++. He even constantly upgrades the system and makes sure you do too. You can really tell he loves his business.Finally I find that his prices are about 10 to 20% cheaper than his competitors. So much so that I ended up buying an arcade upright, a pinball table and a bar-top arcade!

Mike fixed the problem on our slot machine in a matter of minutes. He offered an update to our machine which worked just as he said it would. I had a follow up question. He returned my call any very patiently explained my question until he was sure I understood. His pricing was very reasonable.

Cool arcade games and juke boxes with top notch service!

My fiance bought me the classic touchscreen hyper spin arcade machine for Xmas........OMG!!!!!! This thing is unbelievable. I cannot even count how many games are on here. The music sound system is the best. I cannot stop playing on the machine and I havent even scratched the surface. You have got to get you one of these.
