I will never step foot in this place again! I stopped in looking for chlorine tablets as our normal place did not have any. A young lady ask me right away how she could help. She quickly grabbed a bucket of tablets and placed on counter for me. She was very helpful and nice. As I was checking out, the young lady asked for my name to look in their system. I told her I probably wasn’t in there and gave her my name. Another lady behind the counter, asked where I usually go. I told her to The Pool Store, who put our pool in. She asked me why I hadn’t gone there. I explained they did not have any tablets in today and I needed them. She said, “so you are here taking our supplies away from our customers?” I honestly was speechless. I’ve never been talked to so rudely over a purchase. I do not know if this lady is the owner or not but she has no worries about me doing anything again because I will never be back. Now I know why they had plenty of supplies and no one in the store! Plus price was incredibly inflated.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Completely customer service oriented with exceptional work and fair pricing. I am recommending this pool service company to everyone I know with a pool. Thanks again Tsunami Jim’s!

Had Tsunami Jims close my pool and they did a great job. Come spring time Jim took time out of his day to stop by and teach me about the pool, pump and filter. Jim and his staff are excellent and I highly recommend them.

We’ve found our pool place today!!We haven’t had them service our pool yet, but we are definitely going to for now on! Cathy was more than sweet over the phone, and very helpful. My Dad and I came into their showroom store today, and both Cathy & Jim were so nice and very knowledgeable.I have issues with my lining and more, and Jim took the time to stop by my home after his store closed! That spoke VOLUMES to me!I believe Tsunami Jims is a reputable pool company, and we will be using them for all of our pool needs.

Jim is awesome. We did pool school with him and he really took the extra time to earn a long term customer. He even sent us a text a couple days later to check in and see how things were going since we were new to owning a pool. His staff made quick work of our opening and showed us some tricks along the way. Top notch outfit.

I bought a pump, installed it and it stopped working. They came over that day and fixed it in a matter of minutes and made it work even better. Very pleased with Evan the technician that came out and worked on it. Nice people. Job well done!

Tsunami Jim’s is a locally owned pool supply store that is always welcoming. In their friendly environment they offer helpful advice for pool maintenance. They also do a fantastic job opening/closing our pool and servicing our equipment. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jim and his family owned pool store has been NOTHING but good to me. I had a severe leak at my pump area when I woke up today (lost 3” of water over night last night). Jim sent a technician over before lunch and had my pool working better than before in no time! Oh, and this was FREE OF CHARGE due to me being a loyal customer for 3+ years. I will never shop anywhere else as long as this wonderful company is in business

Jim and Cathy are amazing! If you’re looking for a pool supply company that’s honest and not just trying to take your money then call Jim!!! We are new pool owners and the knowledge they have shared is invaluable. We have went in trying to buy chemicals to clear up our pool and they have encouraged us not buy certain things and just wait. They are the greatest!!! They are so helpful with any type of hot tub questions. This is the only place I shop for my hot tub supplies.

I called the store to see if they would be interested in getting me a quote for a safety cover as a friend referred me to them. I mentioned I lived in Finneytown and wasnt sure if they serviced the area. Kathy, who took my call said Jim, the owner would come out as he lives right by there (Wyoming). After a couple of weeks with no quote, I called back and inquired. Again, Kathy apologized and said hell be out this week. After another week, I call only to be told by Kathy, sorry, but Jim doesnt want to go that far. Are you serious? After three weeks you would leave me with the impression that you were coming out only to be told sorry? Pathetic customer service. I only gave one star because you have to select at least one otherwise it would have been a zero. What a waste of time! She then wanted to offer recommendations, no thanks!

We have never experienced the level of service that Jim provides. He goes above and beyond. We are customers for life!

I wish I could give the place 0 stars for their disgusting customer service. Kathy is terribly rude and Jim is no better himself. My mother and I were asking for information and received nothing but an attitude as if we presented an inconvenience. Will easily never be returning, went to another shop instead and had a much more pleasant experience. 👍🏼

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair, and service is exceptional. Once walked into a chain pool store asking for something for mustard algae and the employee had no idea what I was talking about. All I have to do is tell Jim my pool is looking like pea soup, and I walk out with what I need, then am swimming again asap.

Great people providing great service. Pump wouldnt start, they were booked for 2 weeks but understood my pool was in disarray after being on vacation. Made time to come out the day after I called, got the pump working, I went in same day and they recommended proper way to turn my pool from what looked like a lake back to normal and 5 hours later, blue pool.

Went to here today during business hours, unfortunately got to the door and the door was locked . My husband and I made the trip out here for nothing . When running a buisness its best to be open when the hours are posted that youre supposed to be there.

I have had an inconsistent experience with Tsunami Jims. Jim and Evan were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately my experience with Cathy was anything but. She was rude, demeaning, and dismissive. I asked to cancel a purchase I did not yet receive and was told no!!! They did not follow through on there promises. Needless to say I will never do business with them again and would warn everyone else against it as well. If you could do business with Jim directly it would be a fantastic company.

I have known Jim for more than 5 years, actually following him to his own store in Liberty Township. He is very knowledgeable and my experience has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. I highly recommend Jim for your pool needs, including openings and closings which he does for me every year. Greg

Condensed version: called pricing on a pump. Was shocked at price as everyone else was several hundred cheaper. Lady start warning me about all other retailers. Lady finally said if other retailer could provide it I should go there.

Over the years, Ive had Tsunami Jims do the pool liner, new pump, and all new salt water system. Free water testing, and their recommended chemical analysis always works perfectly. I use them for everything for my pool, and highly recommend them to all my friends as well.

By far the best there is out there. Super helpful and always available to assist. Highly recommend them!

They were happy to come by the first time and assured me they took care of everything, but had to come back for some unresolved issues and just started yelling at me for asking them to come and fix the issue.

Their website should be updated, apparently they dont sell hot tubs/spas anymore. I was a bit disappointed that the website showed a picture of a spa showroom but when we called they said they only service and dont sell. Weird.
