People that does not know the business, treating carriers. THIS IS FOR CUSTOMERS : STAY AWAY !

Please read before booking with them!!!Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Pay attention please that I’m not the only one mentioning the UNPROFESSIONAL about this broker.Booked a load for step deck, broker gave us the dimensions of 51’ total length, 8’ wide and 7’ high, maximum 7,5’, no levelers needed (notice: everything in here was the brokers word). Driver got there with the 53’ trailer with the registration in truck and stickers on the trailer that shows the dimensions of 53’ LONG TRAILER. They loaded him..there was needed levelers, and the load was overhanging in front 2’, and in the back 2’, the total length. The total length is 57’ already, Still remember the brokers word at the beginning of 51’?? Well that was ended with driver refuses the load and broker blamed us that we cost him a whole day. NO DETENTION PAID!!! So Carriers and drivers make your self conclusion about worth of wasting time with this UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, CHEAP broker who doesn’t even know the elementary dimensions of the loads they’re hauling. Take care over there !!!

We needed a backhoe shipped from Canada to Tennessee. Joe shipped it to us for a great price and did an excellent job working directly with our broker to make sure everything went smoothly. Will definitely be working with them in the future if we need something else shipped.

Joe was professional from the start to the end. Got it done when other companies were flailing. Followed up and even adjusted his terms a bit to accommodate my situation. Fair price, easy to do business with. I ship vehicles and equipment from all over country, this was one of the easiest and cleanest transactions I have had.

This company should not be used by anyone, they are affiliated with Freight Monster as well! If you are a shipper or a carrier either way find another solid company to work with there are many good companies out there this by far is not one!

Very bad company rude scammers be AWARE.

Streamline, LLC is a broker for transportation. But they will not pay the driver. Yes it comes back to their customer but apparently its not a concern for them. They initially had a driver take a faulty trailer and then blamed the driver on the malfunction. They are being sued for this matter. Be very careful if you choose to do business with them. Its like stepping into a hornets nest. Dont let them sting you.

Was told I could unload on the weekend was given numbers that did not work to contact the reciever tried multiple times to call streamline no answer
