Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent a combined effort of 20 emails with one of their reps to figure out the specific bulb we needed. Ordered 16 of them for $150. Paid shipping. Got them, but they’re the wrong size. Apparently the rep that originally worked with me no longer works there, but they refuse to pay return shipping for a product they recommended. To pay the $15 return shipping would go a long way for my frustrations and time wasted. I found the correct lightbulb somewhere else. Won’t ever do business with Interlight again.

The company I work for has used this company for bulbs for a UV light system for several years and this year we ordered a replacement bulb. The first bulb came shattered. A week later we had a new bulb. It did not work although they state it’s the exact bulb for our equipment. They then send a package of bulbs that did not even go with a UV light system and were for something totally different. After a month and a half of going back and forth they sent a fourth replacement which still did not work. They will not help with return shipping to get our refund. The rep I spoke with states there are no other compatible bulbs for this system available anywhere else. She also would not allow me to speak to the main supervisor. What a goose chase and we still don’t have a working bulb. We will take our business elsewhere I recommend you do the same.

Ive been ordering bulbs from these folks for over 25 years.. without any problems. But the other day we realized that our last order from 3 months ago was not filled correctly. I called them to see about returning the incorrect shipment and was told ( by 4 different people) that they would not take the bulbs back or help us out in any way. Great client service after 25 years! Thanks !!

Most recently, in my last order, Amber P. showed great patience with my lack of knowledge regarding the product I was purchasing. She offered more suggestions. I paid more to purchase bulbs from this store because the bulbs pictured on their website were exactly what I needed. I needed a particular shape because they are for a restoration. Other sellers had similar bulbs for much cheaper, but the shape was wrong. Instead of sending the bulbs pictured, though, Interlight sent me the same bulbs sold for much cheaper elsewhere. When I reached out to them, they told me the difference in shape was irrelevant (it was completely relevant for my purpose) and that the bulbs they sent were fine... not exactly great customer service.

Extremely pleased with the customer service of this company....tried to locate a bulb for a 40 year old Bolex movie projector that I could find no where else in the country......They were beyond engaged in trying to help me...including my sending Email pictures of the inner workings of the projector housing.....we found one that will hopefully work......very impressed with the service received....and then the ease in actually ordering.....

Horrible. I ordered lights from this company to seamlessly integrate into my existing studio setup. I bought particular bulbs and was shipped replacement bulbs that are a different colour temperature and wattage, and also cost 1/3rd of the price.I was charged the full price of the more expensive bulbs that I ordered, and when I called I was first told that I would have to send the wrong bulbs I received back before I could get the correct bulbs, and then I was told that they dont have the correct bulbs and dont know when or if they will. Yet the bulbs are still on their website and listed as in stock.This is a bait and switch scam. A quick look at yelp and the better business bureau will corroborate this account.

Do NOT pay for extra shipping for ‘expediting’. If you need a bulb from this company, expect it in 10 days to two weeks. Regardless of paying $20-$30 for quicker shipping options (for ONE bulb). Item spent 4 days in Hammond, IN. But paid for 2-4 days shipping.

I bought a Phillips tube from Interlight for my Miele Rangehood. I am based in Australia and could not find the tube anywhere. Miele were useless. I was so happy to find Interlight, and they had stock. The process was real easy, purchased online. Delivery was super fast and the tube was well packaged, it survived the trip. Great job. Thank you

This company lies about their product and its fake. I bought a light bulb that was supposed to last at least 7 years but it only lasted for a month, and since it stopped working after a month I was unable to return it because of the 30 day policy, which is unfair and ridiculous. I will never trust this company again!

I ordered UVC bulbs from Interlight. They took a long time to arrive due to COVID (not their fault).The lights did not work for more than 1/2 hour. They sent a replacement bulb once. I asked for a refund or credit toward another type of bulb. They told me the 30 days from the original purchase had passed, despite much of that was taken up by shipping and back and forth discussing the problem. They refuse to answer emails or discuss on the phone. Reported to BBB. Trying to get refund through VISA.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - they refuse to stand behind their product. Find another source.To follow up on your reply: I noted the replacement bulb and offered to return it.The first two bulbs didnt work and your representative agreed the replacement (which remains unused) would likely have the same problem.Your company has taken advantage of the Covid pandemic and indirectly used it as an excuse to refuse to deal with the faulty garbage you sold me for hundreds of dollars. So your reply is meaningless and does not offer a valid reason for the way your company has acted. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to which you have, to my knowledge, not responded to.

Sucks Zero stars isn’t an option. Customer service is terrible and their website is not accurate. They don’t offer full refunds if you have an issue, and they expect you to pay for return shipping even if it was their fault. DO NOT use anything other than PayPal when dealing with these people. Buyer protection guaranteed. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one experiencing similar issues with this company.

They never helped me find any bulbs and when asked to speak to the manager that is the highest I just kept being told that, I am the manager. I know there has to be a higher authority and what a shame that is how they are managed. The nerve to speak to their customers in such a ill manner. Just look at their F rating on BBB...

I purchased a lightbulb for my golf cart. During this Covid period, everyone is at home. The light works fine on the golf cart. Amber at Interlight was very responsive to my questions. The process of getting the right bulb was easy and fast. I will think of Interlight when I need lightbulbs.

I have used Interlight for years for small germicidal bulbs but recently needed to replace a 6ft germicidal bulb. Unfortunately my first and second set arrived broken but I only received 5 star customer service from Amber. She worked quickly and diligently to rectify what was a shipping provider mistake. Would have rated it a 0 but not an option. The ultraviolet lightbulb sent to me did not work. I tried it several different ways to determine what could be the problem. The old one still worked, so I know it wasnt my system. I returned it and they only refunded payment for the bulb and not shipping as they claim the bulb is good, which it is not. It did not work.I wont buy from them again. They are selling cheap Chinese products that clearly are inferior. Save an Americans job and buy an American product that works.

Purchased a lightbulb for $39.99 on 6/15/20. The bulb didn’t last 2mos before burning out. Called the company and never received a call back. When I called again I was told the return policy was 45 days. A manager was suppose to call me back and never did. I purchased the bulb elsewhere for $10. After reading similar reviews I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Very poor way to do business!

I ordered four bulbs from this company. Eight (8) Days later, when we were expecting the bulbs to arrive, they called and stated that they only had Two (2) out of the four (4) bulbs. (That is unfortunate but I can understand there was an inventory error). I asked the Customer Service Manager, Amber, that the two they had to be sent expedited mail as we had been waiting eight days already at this point. The manager just told me that they would absolutely not expedite shipping unless I paid for it. I asked for them to reconsider for good customer service - they refused. I asked to speak to Ron the GM but he was unavailable to speak to me.

It has been an absolute pleasure ordering from interlight.biz. The website is easy to navigate and ordering is easy and intuitive.After ordering my first items, i was kept up too date with emails on the status. There was an issue with usps delivering but when i contacted interlight i got a quick response (time difference in mind) from Amber who was very helpfull and attentive to sort the issue out. Overall i can recommend interlight as a company worth checking out. I will definately order from them again.

By far one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Ordered speciality light bulbs that were listed as OSRAM and received cheap aftermarket bulbs. When I called to return them I was told that I was responsible for the cost of return shipping. I requested to speak with a supervisor and spoke with Fawn. Never have I dealt with such a rude customer service representative in my life, she absolutely would not provide a return label and hung up on me.Not only did I have to pay to return the items which were listed as original OSRAM bulbs, but this scam of a company charged me a “restocking fee”.Please read all of the negative reviews on both google and yelp and you will see that I am not the first or the last person that has gone through a similar negative situation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!ZERO STARS!

They offer lamps for laboratory analyzers which doesnt meet the specs. They have no real replacements for the Original lamps, and they dont accept refunds/returns. Very unreliable company, avoid them to stay safe and save your money!!!!!

Makes no effort to revise their shipping rates despite repeated requests. They prioritize standardization over customer service.Guam is a US Territory like Puerto Rico that shares standard USPS Shipping rates with the continental US. However, interlights system has Guam classified as a foreign country with foreign international shipping rates.I was looking to support businesses other than Amazon.

I ordered two batteries, you get a shipped date and never a tracking number. You contact them and they tell you oh it will be updated. No it can be update when you never shipped or have the product in stock. A week and a half i waited for these to keep my business moving and you failed and lied. Thanks... For nothing i guess

This place is amazing! I needed an important light bulb for UV air filtering system. I could not find it anywhere. I contacted Interlight. They spent hours helping me identify this lamp. It had a really unusual base and was not a traditional lamp. They provided it to me at a very reasonable price, sent it quickly, and it was exactly what I ordered (and needed!). No matter what lighting item you need, this is the place!

I bought a bulb that was supposed to be a manufacturers original and thought I had messed up the optics of my instrument. Had to send to manufacturer for servicing and when I received it back, the problem was that this was not a manufacturers original bulb. When I contacted customer service, they said it was outside of warranty period (this is true) although my problem was not with a defect of the product. It was that the product was not as advertised.I ended up paying twice what I would have if I had originally just bought the bulb from the manufacturer.

Please read reviews on yelp before you move any further with this company. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. You would never expect as a customer to be laughed at and told by the employees that you simply aren’t spending enough money for them to care about you and take care of you. The woman on the phone thought it was funny that my order did not come in the day that I was told it was and missing production days is not funny at all when you own a business. I don’t wish anyone to have an experience like this and hope you choose to look elsewhere other than put yourself through what I had to experience today. ZERO STAR SERVICE.

I bought the specialized bulbs (nearly $100) for my 80 year old mother to look at her slides with her old kodak projector. Seems as though the projector has blown a fuse because the new bulbs didnt work. By the time I went back to visit mom and picked up the bulbs and called to return them, I was ONE DAY out of their return policy, though not even - because I called at lunch time the day after the 30 days, and they would not make an exception and accept return of the bulbs. Poor customer service.
