Our car broke down near Hammond while traveling cross country. After a couple false starts elsewhere in town, we were lucky enough to get in with this shop. They worked over time to get us back on the road as fast as possible and even called the next day to check on us and make sure we had made it safely home. Highest rating for customer service and quality.

Tried to lure my wife to purchase items that were brand new on my car I dont like that at all if I come to your shop and tell you exactly what I want done I dont need someone trying to sell me parts I do not need and lying telling my wife that the parts are going bad and its an emergency for her to change them what a crock of s@#@ will not go here again ps my car is a 2020 and was purchased brand new 0 miles in dec it has maybe 2300 miles on it.

My experience here was AWESOME. I wish MIDAS all around the USA would be as helpful, knowledgeable, speedy as the guys we came in contact with on our trip. It was our vehicles first oil change since we purchased it. And they broke everything down as to what the truck really needed to what it may need in the near future.

Miss is known for muffler repair, but this miss does not offer it.

They “fixed” my car THREE times and it ran worse every time I got it back. Main owner is rude and shady, will hang up on you. If you feel like wasting your time and money, this is the place to do it. They’ll temporarily fix a problem with your car, knowing you’ll have to come back in less than 6 months. Took my car to Zoomtech, and they preceded to tell me that Midas absolutely BUTCHERED my car. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Every time I go in there the guys are always polite and very helpful. They seem honest and I completely trust them as gentlmen n professionals with my car n money.

Dont go here, they will lie to you and try to scam you. General rule, if a shop tries to fix something for you that over a hundred bucks; tell them no! The problem is almost always simpler than what they try to make it out to be.

I obtained from the internet at midas.com for $44.99 synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The store owner wouldnt honor it and was quite rude.

They kept hanging up on me on the phone. Very rude. Never again

I had an okay time. First off they claim to be a 15 or 20 minute oil changeWell it took about 45 minutes, so that was a disappointment.The guy at the register said I had given a 50 dollar bill THIS TOO was wrong I even went so far as to give me a straight how I just left Capital One and they gave me seven $100 bills.I told him don’t you have cameras would just roll the phone and you can clearly see him giving you $100 bill, he proceeded to tell me that the cameras were just for show. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The staff spent an excessive time performing the oil change and thier window cleaner spent the entire time cleaning the rear window ( dont bother to clean the window I spend 99% of my time looking out of) and then went to keep going on the same window after the oil change was finally complete. I brought my own oil and filter and paid $26 for a slow oil change and a clean rear window. Was a client for years. Im so turned off by the new staff I will be going somewhere where the staff can work on a timely fashion and arent stuck on stupid. And they didnt even get the tire pressure done properly. My tires are from 32 psi to 40 psi. Good job.

Worst shop ever! This used to be a fair shop not sure what happened. I asked for specific service and they took it upon their self to do almost $500 dollars worth . We had agreed to a rotate and balance and just brake shoes! When I refused to pay they held my keys and called the police. Cops said since they had done the work I had to pay them even though I didnt agree to it!

Quick, but not professional. i was told so many different prices by so many different people. employees need to be trained better. windows were not clean like i paid for, vacumme was half assed. managnent is a little rude and standoffish - will not take responsibility for his employees giving the wrong prices. go to a different midas. this one needs new staffing.
