TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They are SCAMMERS!!! Had a terrible experience!!! Paid cash went to my pump and nothing came out. Went inside and it became a he said she said incident. Called the police and they could do nothing! Left with an 800# and no gas, no money back! I will NEVER go to ANY LUKE’S EVER AGAIN!!

Whoever hired this night crew needs to re-evaluate their hiring criteria. The cashier (I assume was starting her shift) was on her phone and trying to assemble a custom box of Backwoods to give a buddy discount.She didn’t get off her phone until one of her coworkers, coming off shift and in line like a regular customer, yelled for her to get off the phone.After all said and done, when I was rung up for my transaction, she was still looking back at her phone and I had to ask for my last item and my receipt.I usually have much better interactions at this shop, so I will return, but if said cashier is working, I’ll drive out into Hammond or East Chicago to another gas station or convenience mart.

Customer service was absolutely terrible

I was at Lukes on June 25th. Upon arrival I stepped out of the car only to be sprayed with paint from a guy rolling paint overhead. There were no signs posted anywhere with regard to them painting. The painters excuse was that he only had one eye and couldnt see.I called corporate to register a complaint as I ended up with paint all over me. In my eyes, hair and a brand new dress. Was told that someone would be calling me back, they never did!

Nice staff. Gas prices decent. Coffee and fountain drinks any size $1. Noble Roman pizza

Worst customer service ever! They all have attitudes, never greet anyone. Any time you walk in there, they act as if you’re bothering them. The entire staff has an attitude problem. The new manager there is completely unprofessional, argues with customers, and also doesn’t card everyone for tobacco purchases. I know someone underage who purchased tobacco products and she didn’t ask for their id. The new people she is training has bad attitudes just like her. I’m not sure how she’s even the manager. The entire staff needs to be thought out because the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I’ve called and complained and nothing ever happens! This company is terrible

Always at least one gas pump out of order, and pumps are out of paper 50% of the time. Trash cans are usually full and windshield washer fluid and squeegees are either water or missing the squeegee. Almost always one window open on inside and graffiti on nearly every pump. During the summer someone panhandling for spare change 50% of the time day or night.

One of the better one stop shops for gas and stuffs in the area. A decent variety of foods and snacks. Now if only they could keep my favorite breakfast items in stock!

I love Luke (when there not out of gas) they have everything you need. The fresh food is good. The little pizza are always fresh. I stop almost everyday to get my 44 oz diet coke for $1.

No one ever answers the phone or the phone number listed is inaccurate and the gas there is diluted and the gas pumps are always broken.

Always lit up at night for your security. $1 drinks is always nice too.

I love my like, gas, food, snacks, lottery, its the only gas station I use for both my vehicles, they treat me like family there, been going to this particular one for over 18 years

Nice selection of Hot and Ready food. But, just like all Lukes Gas stations in the north they desperately need to upgrade the gas pumps.

This place has a nice selection of gas food items in lottery tickets I will suggest anybody to go here

I dont know why all the Lukes along the boarder are a hot mess. Half the pumps dont work, long lines and it feels like Russian Roulette when you pay at the pump. Put some damn money in it and upgrade the pumps.

The cashier was a really friendly gentleman. I genuinely thought he was a friendly dude.

Walked in to get gas, 3 registers open but only one person taking customers. ( Mind you that its 10 customers in line waiting. One employee acting like she was dusting the shelves, while the other three women in the back talking and in their phones. Wasnt right at all, I will like to talk to a manager if I can...just unprofessional, if you see guest help out, dont sit in the back running your mouth. 🤷🤦

Its called Lukes now. The name was changed shortly after the BP spill a few years ago. No receipt ever given. I guess they are trying to save paper. The place is usually quite busy except during the early morning hours.

I know its a gas station but I love the personal pizzas!

Gas prices jump up and down daily. Its one price in the morning another price in the afternoon and another price in the evening. Complete b.s considering the bp fill up place is right down the road. And when you call then they cant tell you the price because its never the same.

I go into this gas station probably everyday never had any problems with the workers till today there is this one lady that could care less to work there her attitude is horrible and today I walk in to get cigs and a drink never once asked to see my Id and I go to her all the time and today she tells me she needs it and I told her u have never once asked me for it now today u do and she was like u can get out of my line and didnt even let me buy the rest of my stuff I had probably wont go back there again after today

I have tried stopping here several times and at different times of the day.There is always at least 6-8 people in line, one register being used and 3 employees behind the the counter, 2 just chatting.Worthless for anything other than pay at the pump.

Get your receipt from cashier inside. Dont think or believe you will same time by paying with credit or debit card outside and getting your receipt from the pump.
