Really I don’t even want to give them one star. On Monday my fiancé and I went in to the Hammond store to look at engagement ring. There was two employees there. Neither one of the employees acknowledged us coming in the door. No one said hello or anything. We were in there for 15 minutes, and no one still acknowledged us being there. There was no can I help you or anything. Eventually I got upset, and we just walked out. WE GOING TO ANOTHER STORE 😤🤦🏽‍♀️

Nicoles customer service was the best service I have received in a long time. She was so accommodating, and informative. With covid and all the shut downs I neglected to get one of my rings serviced on time. She helped me get all of it caught up. She was quick and courteous also!

It was a great experience my sale lady Grace was so polite and very professional in Hammond La. She did great on my experience she could sale you the best piece of jewelry with her profession. Throughout my experience with Zales it was lovely

So I just left this location, on the door it says they allow 10 people inside. They make you wait outside and they are only allowing 2 customers in at once. I had 2 other people with me and they wouldnt let them inside. Horrible customer service. They will not be getting any of my business. Especially when youre not even letting your maximum limit into the store...

I went in to get my fiancées engagement ring. I was super nervous and anxious to pick the right one. Peggy the sales rep was so wonderful! She did not rush me. She presented every ring I wanted to look at with great knowledge and elegance. Peggy put me at ease and engaged in conversation with me that made the transaction go very smoothly.My fiancée LOVES the ring. She cried. Do not purchase from Zales Hammond. They will promise you anything to make the sale and will not deliver.We were promised equal value for our Zales purchase if we upgraded. We also have the business card of the associate with the date we purchased documenting the conversation.The manager refered us to the district manager, who did not return our call after 3 left messages.Zales Corporate customer service quoted policy and said even though we had a signed business card, it did not state specifically whatwe were promised.DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

I had a good experience at this location buying mid-range and looking at higher priced rings....No pressure and courteous....Would recommend!!!

Horrible staff that is lazy and rude. Actually, it was just mainly the manager in all her glory. If she wanted to impress me with her jewelry store experience, she should have started by not being a ..... They cannot even tell the difference between metals without looking at the marking. You can buy cheap things there, but maybe you should figure out why that is before buying.

Bought a few things from here in the last few years. Always clean store and always friendly service. I will continue buying from this store because of the awesome customer service.

After spending so much money here on a ring, you would think they would be a little nicer to there customers. Manager was very rude and was talking down to her co workers in front of customers. Every time you call, they say they have a store full of customer and blow you off. I had to call multiple times to see if my fiancé’s ring was in because i never heard back from them. Hours are wrong on the website and when i showed up at 8 the other night, they rudely said they were closed. NEVER buying from the hammond location again.

No Credible. Will not honor promises.I called Zales customer service an filed a complaint. Was told they could not guarantee some would call back.That’s indicative of their commitment to customers.
