I have purchased 10 mattresses from BoxDrop Hammond. Awesome service and best nights sleep than any other mattress. A few years ago I spent over $1300 for a Casper mattress and it wasnt great(Fell for all the radio ads they placed). Fortunately my house burned and had to throw it away. Price cant be beat. Ive shopped.BoxDrop Hammond promptly delivers when called. I will never buy mattresses from anyone else ever again.

I bought a mattress and bed frame from them almost 3 years ago now. I got the mattress same day, but the bed frame was “arriving from a warehouse.” After 2 weeks with no bed frame, I contacted the store. They said it’d be in by the end of the week. The end of the week came and I hadn’t received it, so I contact them again and once again got the “it’ll be there by the end of the week.” I financed all of it and never received the frame. After nearly 4 months of this, I asked them to just take the bed frame off of my account since I was paying for something I’d never received. Almost 3 years later and they still refuse to fix the mistake with finance company and it’s messing up my credit! I’ve talked with 3 different people that promised to fix it and they still have not. 10/10 would not recommend this place!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!We bought a mattress, boxspring and frame the mattress is awesome, the only reason they got one star.......We wait almost 3 months for the frame to come in, I kept calling and was getting the run around telling me It was gonna be the end of the week and then it never came.When the frame finally came in it broke within 2 weeks, I instantly contacted the owner of the store and it took him almost 3 months to give me an answer.That answer was saying it was operators error, saying we put it together wrong if putting the frame together by FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS then definitely dont shop here.At then end of this I was told I couldnt get a refund or a new frame.DONT NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Just got our second purchase from this location, so apparently they are doing something right. Inviting, Professional, Knowledgeable, and understanding. I explained an issue I have had with lower back pain, and these guys pointed us in the right direction. They did not point us to the most expensive item they had, the gave us what we needed. Will eventually be replacing all my mattresses in due time with Box Drop Hammond...
