I have come to expect rude and disrespectful treatment at pawn shops. Thats just how it is, right?NOT ANYMORE!!The staff here is beyond wonderful. They actually greet you when you enter. They are respectful, discreet and seem to actually value customer service. An outdated concept now days.Bottom line.... They offer better deals, inventory and service than anywhere I have ever found.Proving you dont have to wade in the bayou mud to do business.

Called about pawning some movies of mine, and they told me oh yes we sure do but movies bring them in we will be more than happy to help you out. I get there, walk in and the guy comes to help me and takes my movies to someone else and then comes back and says he doesn’t want to do anything with these, mind you now they are in very good shape and they are whole collections but the guy had a very bad attitude and didn’t want to help me from the beginning

Found the same gun new in the same town for less than yall are selling used.

I went to three pawn shops in hammond to see about selling an old engagement ring. The prices given were so diverse I decided to get it appraised. The other Two shops not only undervalued my ring but told me it’s was .67 with bad clarity. Come to find out it’s a.94 almost flawless diamond just like Pawn Depot told me it was. You can’t beat honesty!

Absolutely the best pawn shop in town . Ive been doing business with them for 5 years . I am always greeted with a smile. Absolutely love the girls in there. Never have I ever been treated poorly or overlooked while shopping. I will not do business with anyone else .. these guys are the best hands down. I would give ten stars if I could. Honestly Id give no stars if possible. The man was very rude, wouldnt even let me or my husband get a half a sentence out before rudely cutting us off. Would not recommend going here!

Went in there, no one greeted me, said hello or even looked in my direction. Walked around and stared at jewelry for thirty minutes, no one asked me if I needed help or wanted to look at anything.
