Somehow I just got ignored and the person behind me got help before I did. Thats fine by me I will give my business to home Depot. (5 minutes later) Update got what I needed and it was faster and easier at self check out. I will use Northshore Power Equipment from now on.

Very busy small lawn mower store that also does repairs. Didnt see a restroom available. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice.

Repair service is good but if you need your mower picked up so they can repair it the pickup service is just awful.

As soon as I walked in the door, there was someone there to ask if I needed help..which is odd when a woman walks into a place of business of this nature. I told the gentleman what I was looking for, and he immediately asked who would be using this equipment. When I told him it was me, he immediately started looking for something that would fit my stature. We found one lightweight, and not extremely pricey..and off he went to service it for me and I was on my way! Thanks Mike..it was a pleasure doing business with you.

My dad bought a 54 inch zero turn Gravely from Michael Canal and Sons and it stop cutting after about five years. I took it to Michael Canal and Sons and it took them three weeks to tell me what was wrong and it would cost me about $1200 to get it fixed. The guy told me that he would have to take the whole motor apart to fix it. I took it to a local small engine repair man. He told me what part I needed to purchase (PTO clutch, $150 from Amazon). Then he put it on for $40. It took him about 30 minutes to fix it. Has been running perfect ever since. Talk about price gauging and I purchased it from them. Always get a second opinion.

Not sure if it was the owner but it seemed like he was drunk. He was so rude and spoke down to me and Im assuming its because he was drunk and Im just some dumb woman to him. I told him I bought a trimmer last year and the recomended a quick head for the trimmer and to remove the gaurd and spoke to me like I was an idiot and i was just lying. The guy who sold it to me said most people get this and do this from last year and that what i did. So apparently just coming in to talk about my trimmer and a better head for it was such a burden to him... Well frankly to hell with that. I wont ever be back here again. I will never recommend this place either. What a complete jerk.

Incompetent sales people that dont really care if you buy anything from them at all! If you carry an exclusive line of a product that is only sold through dealers you should know your product. I have seen a more professional atmosphere in fast food restaurants.

Prices comparable to online, sometimes better, and they have the items.Never a bad experience in many years.The free advice is always spot on.

Slow. Ordered parts for a honda motor. Took 3 weeks after was told it would take a week. Then was try to get charged again for the part when i paid upon ordering. Need to step they business up!
