Would give it zero if I could! Not incredibly busy for a Saturday at any Starbucks. But only 2 working one at register one making drinks. But they were missing and messing up most orders and had to do them again. Took half hour for simple drink. Manager came over with a third employee and I thought they were.going to jump in and help. But she left
Efficient! Starbucks has excellent employees. The order is always right.
Shows its open until 5pm on a Sunday. Come to the Farley Service Plaza at 12PM and its closed?
Cashier keeps taking orders though they are now at a 30 minute back up. Need to point out on level of busyness it’s a 3 of of 10 for my neighborhood Starbucks.You expect awful service but this was bad even judging it by the very very worst standards.
Drove miles out of the way to come to this Starbucks and it was closed (says open online) at Noon on a Monday.
We have had consistently poor experiences here. Several years back, there was a staple in my Frappuccino. Today I waited for the cashier for several minutes (no one in front of me in line, cashier just said I needed to wait, and many people were waiting for their orders). I finally placed my orders and was told I couldnt use my Starbucks gift card.

This place has horrible customer service and definitely not very welcoming. My order was wrong and additives that I requested were not added into my drink. I had to ask for everything. My croissant was supposed to be toasted and it was not. It was given very cold as if it was just brought out from the refrigerator. Starbucks manager definitely should be trained and make professionalism a must. Never have I been to a Starbucks with unhappy ppl working in it either. :(
Way too expensive
This is the slowest staff Ive ever seen. Do not come here if youre in a rush to get back on the road. Of their 4 employees, 1 was on the register, 1 was cleaning/restocking, 1 was doing who knows what, and 1 was making drinks with a line of 10 people, checking hia watch the whole time. Every single person moving as slow as possible.
Thanks for wasting my time. Put a sign up or adjust your hours if you are not going to be open.
It does not have the signature taste of starbucks they must be brewing folgers definately not starbucks and when you actually ask the associate if the coffee they brew is statbucks she says sorry not the kind of an answer im was looking for.. i want my money back!

I love the company but Im not fond of their coffee or service and really hate ordering a particular sized cup to not have it filled to the top. When at Farley Plaza, I get my coffee at the Sunoco A Plus store.
Over priced nasty coffee. Its too strong
Ordered a drink. Waited 20 mintues and then was told they were out of stock of some of the drink ingredients. There was only 1 girl making drinks and she was working hard, but the place was under staffed. Not worth the wait.

People arent very friendly...one barista spoke very fast and very very low,almost a whisper..and he knew it..cappuccino was all foamvery little coffee..food not good..
