Best buying experience!We were looking to buy a boat and went to 5 dealers before we went to Rockingham boat. We were greeted by Steve and welcomed into his office. After we told him what we were looking for he suggested we build our boat. He walked us through the process. We got everything we wanted. It was great and at a fair price. Erica handled the payment and scheduling the delivery. She worked hard to get a delivery that was perfect for us. The paperwork was completed without any issues. Jim delivered our boat calling ahead of time to get us an ETA. He spent a lot of time going over all the features of the boat and giving a ton of extra helpful tips. Buying a boat is one thing getting the boat serviced for warranty work after the fact is another. Steve and his team are by far the best in the business. When friend call there dealers they are 3 4 weeks out. Theres never been a time when I reached out to them that that they didnt go out of their way to ensure my boat was fixed in a couple days and back on the water to enjoy immediately. Cant thank you and the team enough Steve for all the great work you do.

We bought our Boat from Rockingham Boats a little over a year ago and it was a very easy process. Fast forward a year and we found a manufacturers defect on the boat. Rockingham Boats went above and beyond to make sure it was handled properly and professionally. They were quick to respond to my email and quick to resolve the issue. I recently purchased a used boat from Rockingham Boat. After careful review of surrounding dealership reviews and information, I found that Rockingham Boat had solid excellent feedback from previous and current customers. I had to travel about an hour to get there. I met with Steve Suess who helped answer all of my questions and made the process very comfortable, quick and easy. Went to the Boston boat show in 2020. Met with Steve who helped us navigate the 1 million options. Ended up getting a sweet water fishing style pontoon. Process was super easy. Steve ordered it exactly how we wanted and kept us updated on how things were going. Robbie delivered the boat on time and gave us the run through on how everything works. Boat is gorgeous and we’re super happy! Would recommend this place to anyone.

We bought a used pontoon boat from Rockingham boat and the experience was world class - way beyond what I was expecting. They were prompt in answering questions and the transaction was incredibly easy. They even delivered the boat to our lake which is over an hour away from their lot. They gave us an overview of the ins and outs of the boat at the launch and off we went. After about a week of running the boat we ran into a minorissue which was due to the previous owner self-repairing. Rockingham boat sent a technician within the day! He was very professional and fixed the boat right at our dock. Id recommend Rockingham Boat to anyone and will be back next time for sure!

I brought in a boat for service on June 3rd. Be very pointed with your questions. I should have asked, how have boats are in line before mine? Then I should have asked, how many boat per day on average do you fix? Because I was told it would be a couple weeks, but then Willy said, my guys might get to it sooner because its a wake boat and they want to be there hero who fixes the fast boat, but no promises. July 2nd I took the boat back and I was, one of the next ones to be worked on. They didnt touch my boat and leaving it out in their yard made the cover nasty and moldy. I had just washed it in May, so that was really disappointing. I dont know if they do good work. I dont know if they are fairly priced. All I know is that I brought my boat in in June 3rd, spent my whole vacation in the third week is June frustrated and still didnt even have a diagnosis for the 4th of July weekend. Not cool. I couldve taken a course and learned to fix it myself in that amount of time.

I am an avid water skier and after talking to some of their knowledgeable staff, I come to find out that Adam is a championship water skier himself!! I bought my boat at Rockingham per a friends suggestion. I have had it serviced there the past 7 years. Extremely disappointed in the service this year. My boat came back dirtier than it left my house in the fall. When I called to complain about sticky material on the boat, dirt, dents and stains - they told me I should have paid the $500 to be detailed. Hmmmm - they told me they have over 400 boats stored - maybe too many boats to take care of loyal customer. I recently recommended Rockingham to a neighbor and they bought a boat. Wish I did not. The delivery gentlemen let my boat off the ramp and float away. Proceeded to yell at me. I also had to clean my boat and spent the entire afternoon - this never happened before, I do not expect it to be perfectly clean but not worse than it left my house. Never going back - they lost me as a customer.

Went in and was greeted right away.They asked if we needed any help. We let them know we were just looking they let us look without any sales pressure. When we had questions, they were more than helpful and very knowledgeable. We Can not wait to try out the new water skis and new water tube! Great selection of life jackets for little kids too! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I recently purchased my new boat from Rockingham Boat. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I wanted in stock, so they needed to order it from the manufacturer. I told them I needed it by Memorial Day weekend, and they promised I’d have it in time. They kept in touch with me while it was being manufactured, and provided me with constant updates. When the boat was delivered to their store, their team worked on prepping the boat until 10:00pm, so I could pick it up and head to Maine. Their dedication to customer service is unlike any other company I’ve worked with. I highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a boat!

Okay place. Nothing specialMoving my boat in and out is a logistical nightmare as they have basically one narrow road to get in and out while staff is working moving boats using the same road.Ok service. The staff seems smart enough to address small issues (replacing plugs and leads, winterizing, trailer tires) but clearly not equipped to handle bigger issues. Quick to shoot down any requests that arent easily doable. Example, carpeting or an intermittent engine issue. We dont really do thatOverall, as long as I dont have big issues, the place is conveniently located and fairly priced so I will continue coming here for regular maintenance.

Tried it once.......never againIll be going elsewhere for storage and service from now on.I bought a brand new 2018 Bass Tracker Pontoon Boat last year. The first year, I stored it at Dover Marine and had them add accessories. What a great place!Last winter, I stored my boat at Rockingham Boat. What a HUGE mistake. I dropped the boat off and spoke to Willy. He assured me that he would remove the battery, store it and charge it before I picked the boat up. He also told me he would shrink wrap the boat within a week, because they were busy. It snowed several times before they got around to shrink wrapping my boat many weeks later with no excuses other than were busy.When I called to pick up the boat in the spring, it took them THREE WEEKS to clean and uncover the boat. One day before the pick up Willy left me a voice message stating that my NEW battery was dead and that they had replaced it with a new one. This was done without my authorization and there clearly was no care given to the brand new battery that came with the boat. The battery was under warranty, but they replaced it with a different brand and charged me for it instead of replacing it with a new one under warranty. Further, when I picked up the boat, I was charged an additional $295 for spring service. The person at the repair counter informed me that the spring service is to check the engine oil, charge the battery, check gas lines and check shift and throttle operation.I informed him that my boat had an electric engine and that since they had killed the battery none of the spring service was necessary, nor was it done.This was made clear when Wayne, the owner came out to talk to me and told me that they cleaned the boat. I reached under the console and pulled out a handful of old brown leaves and pointed to the surrounding trees which were full of only fresh green leaves and asked him where the brown leaves came from if he had just cleaned the boat. The obvious answer was they had left the boat unwrapped for way too long and never bothered to clean it on pick up because they were simply too busy. Did I mention the scratches on the boat that werent there when I dropped it off???I will be driving the extra 40 minutes to Dover Marine this year, because the convenience of proximity to Rockingham Boat isnt worth the poor service and treatment I received at Rockingham Boat.

My family has been boating for many years and have dealt with all the dealers in New Hampshire and Mass over the past 20 years and know one provides the level of service and knowledge that the folks at Rockingham Boat provide. Is it because its one of the last family owned and operated businesses left who actually care about there customers, possible, but wheter its because of the second generation who has now taken over and learned from the family that service still actually matters to people, whatever it is its working and not changing anytime soon, so we would not go anywhere else and highly recommend giving them a look before you make a final decision on servicing or purchasing your boat or the vast accessories they offer in stock. There just not enough good thigs being said about good people and companies today which is why I am taking out the time to write this, I was in there yesterday and Im still blown away that great service still exists today in this country, like the service they provide at Rockingham Boat.
