Bought a brand new iPhone 11 Pro in November 2020. By May 2021, it did not charge or play music through the lightning charge port. I brought it into the store and the kid working could not care less. He told me to either pay off the phone and buy a new one or pay $200 for a refurbished one. THIS PHONE IS BRAND NEW. How I was treated here, I will never return. I brought my phone to the iPhone repair store on 28 in Salem where I was greeted with respect & my phone was repaired FREE OF CHARGE and works perfectly now. Take your business where it is appreciated, these guys at Verizon in Hampstead do not care about you or the product they sell.

Walked into a bright, clean and visually pleasing store. I was immediately greeted by Cody I believe his name was and directed to what I was seeking.Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable, I had to buy one of the awesome floating blue tooth speakers they have sooooo cool! The speaker sounds awesome and is pretty loud and bassy🔊 for being so small, did I mention it floats!!!!Great experience, would shop there again!

I met with Joseph on a Thursday and he was very helpful answering my questions about phones and plans. I left to think about everything we discussed and to do some research. I went back that Sunday with a few more questions and ultimately decided to upgrade my phone and my plan. Joseph took care to answer all my questions and was very patient with me. So far, I am very happy with my phone and dont see any reasons for that to change. I would definitely recommend this location.

I dont know about all the employees but the one I encountered needed more training. I ended up leaving with no solutions met and not every option made available to me. Its not the end of the world but I did expect more based on the reviews. I will say we were greeted right away so at least they have that down.

Went to upgrade my phone today and the person helping me with held a lot of information that could have saved me a tone of time so 2 hours of driving wasted time and gass later i still couldnt get what i needed all of this could have been avoided had i been given all the information i needed up front extreamly disappointed in this stores customer service and will never be purchasing items from there ever again
