Asked for 2 coffees, a bagel and sandwich. Nothing crazy and as I pull up to the window a young woman repeats our order and proceeds to give us the wrong order. We paid for what we ordered and then we’re charged again for our food. We also never got either receipts.

We got the lemonade red bull drink with the strawberry bursting pearls. Service was good they were all really friendly!! Ill definitely be going back.

Great experience! The doughnuts are hand made by the owners the sandwiches were great and the service was exceptional. They are doing everything right!

Has always been a great place to go to rather than Dunks until you order a sandwich and the girl shakes her head at you and gives you attitude because her conversation was disrupted.

Helpful, patient and all with a great smile and a what else may I help you with personality. . .the breakfast sandwich is far superior to the DD offering, as are the iced specialties . My ONLY complaint. . .I wish your Honey Dew Donut shop was in Manchester .

I frequent this Honey Dew quite often and have always been greeted and served with a smile from everybody there, no matter what time of day it is.The coffee is always fresh as are the pastries.Keep up the great work !!!!!!!! :)

Sat in line for 20min. Not the employees fault but they could not keep up with the orders. There was only one employee trying to keep up, I felt bad for her. maybe the managers should schedule more than one person.

The employees here need to buy and learn how to use notepads. Every time I order I get to the window and they seem to have forgotten what Ive ordered and then I have to wait longer while they make it based on my order from the window rather than the order terminal.

Pretty disappointed with this coffee shop I tried to place an order this morning at 5:45 and I was the only car in the drive-through and I waited two minutes and no one ever came to take my order when I finally decided to leave because it made me run late for work there was only one or two customers inside ordering I’m very disappointed because I had to leave now running late for work and I haven’t had anything to eat or drink this morning and will have to go out of my way to go to a different coffee shop
