This was our first visit. Not too crowded, sat right away, no waiting. I had already had my share of coffee but I always like to try the coffee when visiting new places. It was good, fresh and plentiful. I ordered a Spanish omelet with grits and sour dough toast. The grits were hot with melted cheese, the omelet, not so much. Good attempt, just wasnt quite there. Overall, Chelse was pleasant and friendly and attentive to our table. Will be back to try other options.
I dislike giving any establishment a low rating, but I was truly appalled at what I saw at Ober Easy Diner.One waitress wiped chairs with a cloth, slung it over her shoulder, then wiped table tops.The same waitress was putting silverware on tables while touching the eating portion of the utensils.All three waitresses stood at the bar at one end of the room eating. It did not appear that they washed their hands before serving customers.The food was good, but Im afraid that the poor hygiene management negated any desire to return there. I only hope that my silverware wasnt touched, but I doubt it.
My son and I had a great breakfast but went back and they changed there hours and dont open till 7AM. Cmon... Working people need to eat and be on their way by 7. Please go back to a 6am open and well be back for sure.

Every time I get sat in Sues section, I wait way too long for service. I left today after the table that sat after us got food before we even were offered something to drink
Clean, not as cramped as the place down the street. Menu has more than average amount of choices for breakfast. Food was good. Service was good. I will come back again for sure.

Sunday breakfast on Memorial Day weekend and we tried Ober Easy for the first time. It was THE WORST breakfast we have ever had in a restaurant. Greek omelet with feta cheese and Vegetable omelet with swiss cheese and we couldnt find any cheese in either of them. The home fries were burnt, the omelets tasted terrible and the coffee was watery / diluted. My grilled english muffin tasted like burnt oil. The waitress was very nice, so we didnt complain. We just wont go back. The food was THAT bad at $26.00 + for breakfast ! And, there were lots of seats available. A good breakfast place is usually very busy on weekends.
I loved my food. Nice, clean place. Needs a little more atmosphere with music or and decor. But, in all...it was a very good experience.

So ive been coming to this diner for a while for breakfast and I really like the food and id love to leave a better rating however I feel customer service is just as important as food quality, and unfortunately theres problems here. One server is great, I think her name is Linda, but ive had negative experiences with everyone else. The hostesses usually seem so dissatisfied and uninterested and not happy to be there. Sue is the biggest problem, the older blonde waitress. Ive had her tables many times. She is not always polite, she is very invasive in regards to personal space, she isnt very attentive, and worst of all she forgets items and messes up the order Every Time! Which is mind blowing because she writes them down. I also hate giving a poor tip but i feel i have no choice with her. Ill leave better reviews in the future if these things improve.

Decided to try this place under new management. Ordered breakfast, eggs with Italian sausage. Order came with one small overcooked Italian sausage. Should be at least 2 to make a breakfast. After a while, the waitress asked if I would like more coffee which I said yes. Never got my refill. Asked again if I wanted more coffee when she handed me the check but was ready to leave. Questionable service and portions. There are better breakfast places nearby. Wont likely return.

Im from Virginia, and had the pleasure of eating there today, and I have to say, I LOVE this place!!! Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, not too loud, not too quiet, delicious food. The price was actually awesome for the size of the dishes we had. Totally worth it and I definetely hope I can return someday!!
The dinner before this was my favorite place ever to eat great food great people worked there. Gave the new owners a shot and ordered some food a few different times and it’s just like they get worse and worse every time. Toast is harder then a rock and gross home fries are OVER salted big time (shouldn’t be salting them anyways) and I asked for extra cheese in my omelet and that is not what I got. 20 dollars wasted on a meal. Never again will I eat here. Wish Christian’s was still there :(On the the next of finding a better place to eat.

Very Generic food. Very high priced. Crammed into a table, so close that my elbow kept bumping the other person in the back. Raisin toast was from a squished loaf. Bacon was lifeless and expensive.
