Don’t bother contacting this company. They knowingly employ rude employees. Prices for parts are almost tripled. They also try to charge you their full price for used and broken parts. Just got off a phone call with the owner Ricky, which he knowingly admitted that the serviceman he sent out is an “asshole” and proceeded to laugh about it. On top of trying to take advantage of my grandmother, the serviceman was rude and vulgar to her. The owner didn’t have doubts about these issues from his serviceman, and still wouldn’t come to a solution for this poor service. All my grandmother needed was a drain pump for her washing machine.Update: Fixed it myself for $20. Was told the repair was $185, $120 for the part alone. The repair took maybe 5-10 minutes. Use Google/YouTube before making any decisions.

They delivered a washing machine to me same day that works amazing. It cleans stuff better than a brand new machine.

Was looking for used appatment closet washer drier also known as laundry centers. Owner only willing to repair for sale if you agree to buy the appliance in advance. Not sure if other machines in house were ready for sale. They seem to do most of thier bussiness selling parts. A few owned machines in house for repair. Wanted to suport local small business but was disappointed.

Weve supported B&B for years. Unfortunately, there is not much to choose from right now. I hope things get better. We prefer to support the Buckroe Beach Community Businesses.

Cheap appliances however had an issue with my dryer a month in, went to the store to get a part for it but costed five times as much than other locations.Would not recommend.

Repair of an oven was arranged by my landlord, when it could not be repaired a new one was arranged. The delivery was the smoothest I have ever seen. They kept me up to date on when it would arrive and staff was extremely kind and courrteous. Will definitely use them again

Always go here before you go somewhere else!!! The prices plus the way they treat their customers is amazing. This is one of the best places to shop for appliances, the staff is great this business has been around for about 15 yrs now !! Little business like these don’t normally don’t make it, but for a couple years,. Not this store because they have such a friendly family staffed business with great prices, great attitudes and great warranty’s you’ll always come back they make you feel like family and I should know because their my family and my step brother is doing an amazing job keeping his dads dream going!!

Purchased a refurbished dryer months ago at a lower than expected price and its still going strong. Great service, even helped load it into our truck. Definitely worth checking out before looking on Craigs List, Offer Up or LetGo. Not to mention the warranty thats included with your purchase is outstanding!

After the repair we put another 90 day warranty were you will not have to pay another service charge even if it is a different problem.

Horrible!!!! Purchased a dryer that broke down after 15 months. Took approximately 3 weeks to get fixed. On two separate occasions they had to reschedule with a new excuse everytime. I was told after leaving a voice-mail they never check their voice-mail, very professional. You get what you pay for. Being cheap doesnt always pay off.

I referred a friend to this businessand they received great service along with a great warranty on a refurbished washer and dryer. when they had a problem with the washer they honored their warranty and responded to their residents to fix the problem the next day.
