Horrible customer service and left me without tile on a holiday weekend. NEVER go to this business

Great staff friendly and knowledgeable

They were very patient with me and my kids because kids were crying, I was went in frustrated but the owner was still helping me showing me carpets that were in my price range while kids were cranky. The carpet contractor came out and they were also amazing the best experience of my life they even made some suggestions that made my stairs look even better. I would use them again when I get my bathrooms floors done.

My experience was unsatisfactory in my opinion. They were contracted by my home owners insurance to replace floors damaged by a water leak. We ordered new floors (laminate for all rooms except laundry room and bathrooms, which were ceramic tile). The first issue was info given concerning how the demolition of the old floors (carpet) would take place. They told us to leave large furniture and move smaller pieces. Move everything else waist high or put on the larger furniture and the installer would take care of everything else. Then they told the installer that there was no furniture in the house. When the installer arrived to find that there was furniture and other items to be moved, he was not able to start the work on the laminate floor; they had to come back two days later to allow us time to clear the floors. The next issue was the tiling. The tile had to be ordered and took about TWO WEEKS to come in! When it finally came, the date that we were given for install was pushed back two days because the installation crew was backed up on another job. When the new install date came, the crew did not show up so they had to get another crew from another job-site to stop what they were doing to come start our installation, which pushed the start time from 9am to about 2pm! To make matters worse, the install was to take 2 days but the second day the install crew had traffic issues and a tire blow out, so they were not able to come; which left us with no toilets over a weekend because the tile work was not completed in the bathrooms. They returned on the next day, which was now Monday, WITHOUT CALLING TO ADVISE US, (luckily our son and daughter were home that day) to complete the work. As Im writing this the laundry room area is still not complete - tile baseboard not all in - because they ran out of the tile baseboard on that Monday when they came to complete the job. They did not tell us this - guess the install crew did not report back in to them. They called to see how the work went and we had to tell them that it was incomplete!!Im sorry, but were it not for the insurance program that required us to use them, they would have been fired when the tile took that long to come in after ordering. I certainly will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone!

This is a great company to do business with! We were referred to them by our insurance company, and we were skeptical because we had had a bad experience with another company. Wayne and his crew were WONDERFUL. They heard out our concerns, what we were hoping for, and they did everything they could to exceed our expectations. They sent Steve and his crew out to replace our laminate floors, they did all the laminate in one day! Its absolutely gorgeous. They were on time, polite, and courteous. They were right there to answer any questions every step of the way, even my toddlers questions. They did quality work, and we feel like they really looked out for us and our interests. Ive already recommended them to a neighbor, and Ill definitely come back here if we ever need more work done.

Best experience Ive had with a carpet place. They know their product, installer came to measure and I had a price within a day!! That might not be the norm but they really impressed me. See Carmen, she was terrific!!

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of products to choose from. Their prices are great! And if youre unsure about something, theyre more than happy to go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Prices were comparable to the surrounding areas competitors although, we didnt get to see inside of THE DUMP because they are not open on Wednesdays. The customer that I took there wanted immediate pick up and that wasnt possible for the amount we needed. It wasnt in stock...
