Ive known Roger, the owner, for years and he always has the knowledge and ability to fix your pc no matter what your issue is. It took longer than expected but the repairs were done well

The service itself was fine. However, when I dropped off my device I was told the diagnostic fee would be 35 dollars. this seemed very reasonable and was the primary reason I chose to entrust my device to them. However, when the cost of repair proved too expensive and I chose not to repair my device, I was then told the diagnostic would cost 70. This is likewise what I was obligated to pay for the laptop when I picked it up. they are free to charge what they want, but they shouldnt tell customers one thing before they deposit their devices and another thing afterwards and leave costs out of the equation up front.

Job well done.

They charged me 120.00 just for a Diagnostic of my computers problem !!! Highway Robbery!! Very Inflated Prices !! Double charged me for priority club!!

Awesome place to find the things you need when you need them. Radio Shack closed and I needed thermal paste. This was one of the first few places that Google suggested and when I called, they asked what size tube I needed. They set me up with a big enough tube to complete multiple projects. Thanks! ❤

When I got the message do not log out or youll lose all your files, I immediately shut my computer and starting looking for a pc repair company. I was leary of using PC Doctors as there was only a name with one star and no explanation. I talked to a few friends and they had a great experience with PC Doctors. Lamont Payne serviced my computer. Fortunately, I didnt have the worst virus which wipes a hard drive clean; but, he did discover I had over 400 other viruses and 7 gigabytes of trash. Once he got my computer clean, I had him partition the hard drive and install some of my 32 bit software that wouldnt install on my 64 bit hard drive. Lamont took extra time and answered my many questions. PC Doctors is a knowledgeable company and very reasonable for servicing your computer needs.

Had very professional help, one day turnaround and would recommend them before you go to Geek Squad, or any other major service who is going to overcharge you. Friendly atmosphere, another great experience with this shop.
