Very unprofessional. I called is and ask is someone can come fix my refrigerator. A guy picked up and said that he will be here soon as He finish his lunch. His eta was 30 minutes. I made several calls to make sure they will be here. Because I only get Monday off. I called in to see if anyone is coming. And he gave me somebody’s number. As if I should call somebody. This place has no responsibility.
