I ordered a chicken over the phone and requested the manager/salesman to give me fresh live chicken. However, despite my request, they sent me spoiled chicken(old frozen chicken). They also included lots of chicken stomachs, which I never even asked for and weighed them on scale with the chicken to take extra money from me. I was surprised to see and wondered how can 1 chicken have too many stomachs...🤔 My cooked chicken had gone bad much to my surprise and that’s when I realized they didn’t give me fresh live chicken as they promised.Spoiled chicken is unsafe to eat and can contain harmful bacteria, such as E-coli and salomonella, which can cause food poisoning and even death.When I called back to complain about it, the salesman/manager tried to laugh it off instead of being considerate at all of the customer’s(my) feelings or say sorry for what they had done. The manager is certainly mannerless and careless. I definitely stopped shopping at their place. Be present there in person if you order chicken because they are dishonest. My advice to Bengal Spices’ staff——— always try to be honest and treat your customers nicely; don’t forget that you get back what you give!
